Usually in the past little king has been great. Went there tonight and just did not deliver well. 2 of the sandwiches were made correctly.t the kids meal one had things added. I also got the chili... i wont ever do that again. It didnt smell good. Looked like it sat for hours. Sludgy and parts were crunchy. I even threw the bowl out. Im really hoping this is a one off tonight. But the employee in drive through was sweet and kind. So service was good from that perspective.

If you value your health, DO NOT EAT HERE.My older sister worked at this location years ago, when it was run by Bob Wertheim, the son of the founder, Sid Wertheim. There was mold under the ice and lots of health codes being violated.The company was sold to a management company in 2021. A friend of mine recently quit this location, and there's STILL mold under the ice and unsafe working/eating conditions. Both of them have told management about these issues and management doesn't care.It's gross and unsafe. No one should be eating here. This place shouldn't even be open. Disgusting.

Put in an online order. I ordered two sandwiches with no cheese and customized both sandwiches. Didn’t check the sandwiches in store due to them being meatball sandwiches(they can be messy due to sauce). Get home and check the sandwiches both have cheese on them and don’t have any of the additional ingredients as specified in the order. Called back to get a refund because my fiancé could not eat the sandwich due to lactose intolerance. And the simple fact this was not at all what I ordered. The staff did not know how to refund the order and told me to call back in the morning. Just got off the phone with someone. They had me on hold for 10 minutes while trying to figure out how to do a refund. Told me it was all set and I would be refunded. I get an email telling me I will only be refunded 10 dollars of a 30 dollar order.So just to be clear. I got a 1/3 of the amount I paid for.Another thing to mention. I only ordered the two sandwiches. No combo, drink, or chips. And the order was slightly above 30 dollars.This experience was a total slap to the face. Never eating at Little King willingly again.Dietary restrictions: Lactose Intolerance

When we visit Omaha, we usually have a sub sandwich from Little King, and we aren't typically disappointed. However, the last two visits something just isn't right. We're not sure if it's the bread; ingredients; or the way they're made? I think it's the way they are made, and they haven't had the right amount of condiments (which you select). I have the Royal Treat or the Italian the king's way, and my wife has the Roast Beef or Turkey the king's way (with her selection of condiments that include mayonnaise and pickles) Our sandwiches have been typically dry, which means not enough oil and vinegar. Note: There was plenty of labor that included the owner. In our previous visits, the subs we're always delicious and rated 5 stars! I also want to give a shout out for honoring Veterans with a 10% discount!
