This LK in 90th has the best most fresh bread. Ordered from new location on dodge twice and bread different and not good. Always fresh and good her on 90th. Service is always good. One thing needing improvement is cleanliness, cleaning doors, tables and sweeping floors go a long way.

The most terrible sandwich experience ever❗️They took my chicken, mushrooms, peppers, onions & microwaved it. Chicken definitely wasn’t done, veggies was raw. Called it a HOT SANDWICH. They made it so sloppy. I hated it. I asked for a different sandwich, not a refund, a sandwich they told me no. Don’t go here ppl❗️& it was dirty in there

● This place is disgustingly dirty, every surface is covered with dirt, gunk, or fingerprints. Including the chairs and table you sit on to eat.● Even the drive through window is dirty and gunky (if you don't believe it drive by the window and see for yourself)● The Health department should come and check them out. This used to be one of our favorite sandwich shops but every since they've had the new owners it's gone downhill.● The 168th street location is just as dirty● If you refer to the other reviews even the former employees state how unsanitary it is.● Serious question for the owners, do you ever clean or sanitize/disinfect your place of business? How do you operate in this manner?

I was very disappointed with the sandwich I ordered today. I usually like everything I get there. I had a beef Philly sandwich. It was cold the cheese was hard. They put American cheese slices on the sandwich which was gross. there was very little onions, mushrooms and peppers. It had no flavor neither did the Aus Jus. I worked in foodservice for 38 years and I would never serve a sandwich like that.

I ordered a three foot long sandwhich a day before pick up when i got there the sandwich was in a box. Now they did not have the toppings on it and that was a small turn off until they explain why which was they didnt want the bread to be soggy and they didn't know who liked what on the sandwich and you know what that made a lot of sense so i was happy that they thought of that because I didn't? they had everything portioned the tamatoes lettuce red onion vinegar oil with sandwiches cut up into bite size pieces. There was one problem, the sandwich was so good no one took the time to put the toppings on and I only had one small piece I was pissed. I put the mind you 3 foot sandwich down went out side to mingle came back in and the sandwich was gone ?? so I think I will buy it again but for myself the next time for $82 it wasn't bad at all and it was very delicious meat was fresh bread very soft cheeses every thing was good and worth it?

The service was good. The gal at the window was nice and smiled a lot The food was bad. My Wisconsin cheese soup was so thick like sour cream and had a very sour taste. I think it had gone bad.

The associates there were very friendly and I love good customer service. They have very good sandwiches as well and I love their rewards program. I ordered the French Dip and it was Soo good! The aju sauce was nice and hot for dipping. ☺️ I would recommend though that they try to get better containers for the aju sauce because it had leaked a little in my bag.? Other than that everything was very good and I will definitely be going back!!?
