I've never had a bad meal at Longhorn, but I've never had what I would consider a truly great meal, either. It's decent for a chain steakhouse and a quick date night choice when nothing else sounds good. The steaks were perfectly cooked, and I tried the Brussel sprouts for the first time, they were really tasty, but what really set this trip apart was our server Chad and the rest of the staff. Super friendly and accommodating, very attentive, and entertaining as well. Service like we received is as rare as my wife likes her steaks.
