This is the best location for Panda Express. This location is just better. The food is always fresh. I have not received dry rice ever from here. The rice is fresh. I go out of my way to this location bc it's just better.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly menu items and portions.

Ok I don't blame the workers at all. The manager trying to cut back on money is making you lose customers. Five sweet and sour packets for two boxes and three people. We asked for more and they said no. They said they ran out when we could see a box full next to them. I used to love this place but now you can't even enjoy your food because there is no sweet and sour sauce to use. I'm never going back here. Dragon Wok has a whole container you can use. No questions asked you can use as much as you want. This place needs to think about customers before money.

It's really disappointing that about half the time I come here, including today (which is not often, because the food is so expensive) I don't actually get any teriyaki sauce with my teriyaki chicken. It's the best thing on the menu, but without the sauce it isn't great at all. I don't understand why I should need to double check the bag right there in the drive thru window to make sure that I got a sauce that is IN THE NAME of the menu item I ordered. Disappointing. I actually did think of checking the bag while I was still in the drive thru, but I thought to myself surely they wouldn't have forgotten it, the other times have been flukes. Well now I have at least three times over the past year and a half or so that it's been forgotten.

They give me DIET Coke instead of regular literally EVERY single time. I realize it’s not a big deal but come on, man. It’s the principle of the thing, and it’s just irritating.

I have never had more issues as a Panda Express than I’ve had here. I am not exaggerating that for the last three times in a row, I’ve left with the wrong order. When I try to call or get in contact with anyone, I receive no answer or help. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for food and not get anything that you ordered, let alone three times in a row. I love Panda Express and their food, but I don’t think I’ll ever return because of their lack of customer service

They're food is overall amazing. My favorite food is low meim, white rice, and sweet and sour chicken, however they're service is pretty bad. My family went to eat there and we like A LOT of sweet and sour sauce, but the people there only gave us like 5. Usually we only get 5 when we ask for 15, but we like it for rice, low meim, and sweet and sour chicken for 2 big meals. So we always ask for 15, but we get 5. One day we kept asking for more because this lady wouldn't give us enough, so she said, "sorry we're out." But they weren't because I could see the packets of sweet and sour sauce. Next time it happens I swear I will ask for just 2 more packets and use the packets to write "karma" or waste them by throwing them away.

The worst panda Express I have ever been to. I have made 11 trips to this location and every time they are out of super Greens. Been there at various times even when the restaurant is not busy always out of something. And mostly Super Greens. Got my last meal there no super Greens and very small portions of the entrees, and a huge pile of chow mein under cooked. Terrible place.

We typically hit the drive thru once a week. More often than not, the order is wrong, so I always check it before driving off. This time one of the entrees wasn't ready, so I had to drive around to the front and wait. Once I received my order at the curb, I checked the bag, and of course they forgot the soy sauce I requested. I returned inside to get my sauce and expressed my displeasure. As can be seen by other reviewers, and was my experience, there was a lousy interaction with what I expect was the manager. Anyone ever wonder how they can afford to pay "managers" $75k - $100k per year? Take a close look at the quality and portion size. $15 bucks for $3 of food, that's how. Manager stated, "see you next time". No, no you won't. Here's a tip, next time simply say, "I am sorry we didn't get your order right, what can I do to make it up to you?" Customer service 101, which this organization clearly doesn't teach it's people.

Went through the drive thru 11/5 around 2pm. The guy who was at the window did not greet us and had a bad attitude. When I asked for sweet and sour sauce, he just dropped the sauce in my hand letting packets just fall. Very careless and the worst drive thru service.

Have came to this location several times. I can't tell you how many times I've shown up here at 8 or a little bit before and have been met with incredibly rude/lazy employees, on top of the fact the entire inventory of food is completely gone with none being made. Typically they say yeah we'll make more for you if ya want, this time the person working the counter blatantly just told me yeah we're not making anymore. I understand staffing issues and everything but ffs it ain't that hard to be nice.
