I ordered my food right. The guy who got on the phone suggested I try other things on the menu. Because the cooks messed up. I explained I have been ordering there for years and the previous older woman and gentleman had no problem accommodating my request the last 3 years. Then told me he would give me a discount. I advised I wanted my food correct and they could pick upThe ones that were incorrect. Overall, i won’t return. Don’t know what happened toThe previous people, but I won’t be returning.Dietary restrictions: Just asked for not spicy. It was even right on the receipt.

Hadn't been here in years, and it has now become a lunch staple for me as I work downtown. Everything is fresh, and fast which fits in to a busy work schedule. Highly recommend!

It's unfortunate that this downtown restaurant's food is marginal. Service was good and our take out was ready quickly. It's a great location that has a nice dining area - unfortunately not enough people frequent it. I wanted to like it, but my chicken was bland and my broccoli was over cooked. Sesame tofu was ok - but it's left me looking for something better

Panda House is no longer under the previous ownership and it shows. we placed an online order on February 3 at 530pm. the confirmation indicated it would be delivered by 545pm. We knew this was wrong by past experience. At 630pm, still no food so I called. I was told the food was out for delivery. We live 10min away. at 700pm we tried calling and got no answer. We tried five times, never got an answer. At 710pm the food arrived. The egg and spring rolls were soggy, the rice undercooked and the Generals chicken so spicy it was not edible. I ordered extra vegetables and never received them. We never had this issue under the former ownership. We won't be ordering again.

Order was delivered to the alley entrance. Just odd. On 1 of the hot & sour soups the lid was literally blown out in the center. Soup every where. The main course Moo Goo Gai Pan had leaked as well. So now the bag is covered in soup and the liquid from the MGGP. Two egg rolls were soggy. I was missing an order of Wonton soup. I called and the employee took notes and said the owner would call me. I even suggested an equitable solution. No call back. Check #37 from 12-29.

Overall the food was very bland, I ordered the combination lo mein with wonton soup and the crab rangoons. All of the food was very bland and didn't have much flavor. The wonton soup was very diluted broth with a flavorless wonton that I ended up throwing away. The crab Rangoon weren't bad they had decent flavor but were very greasy. The lo mein was a decent portion size, but also lacked any flavor. Overall customer service and atmosphere were the only thing I enjoyed and wouldn't come back here.

It was possibly the worst Asian food I have ever eaten in omaha . The service was beyond pathetic and I really feel like it wasn't our servers fault . Called days in advance to reserve for a party of 20-25 and they acted like it was no big deal . The poor server was not very informed what gluten free means . Again not her fault . She seemed like she genuinely wanted to be helpful but also a bit of a language barrier . It says it serves alcohol on the web/online but absolutely no alcohol on the premises. Food was served by the one server 30 minutes from the first plate to the last . I really want downtown Omaha to thrive but this was extraordinarily awful ...

This place has terrible customer service!! I tried calling 4 times to place a pickup order, the first time they asked me to hold, so I did for 5 minutes, hung up and called back. They asked to place me on hold AGAIN, didn’t get back to me and I was waiting on the phone for 20 minutes…. And I was going to wait longer, but that’s when they literally just hung up the phone! I called twice more and then they just didn’t answer. Despicable service, don’t come here.

I ordered the “empress” chicken , the sauce is beyond bland , looks like nobody else’s empress chicken . I chose fried rice with mine , the rice has a burnt aftertaste. Very unsatisfying , more than likely my last time ordering with them .
