There's nothing good about this place. No employees to attend you, and the food orders aren't complete. They don't have the ingredients to make it and no excuses to give to you when something is missing. My order was missing a whole spicy take chicken sandwich, and they said, "we don't have the buns, or the crispy pickles, that why you don't have it in the bag"... What are you talking about??? How I'm supposed to know that?? No, a mere "sorry we can give you a discount or a free sandwich or even a drink." Such a bad service, employees, attitude, attention, etc.

Our order was missing a few things which is rare, but it was busy when we ordered. However we spoke with Karen the manger was extremely helpful! She redid everything and made sure we left completely happy and satisfied.

The restaurant is absolutely filthy, but staff were lounging around during a slow time rather than cleaning up. Just a quick wipe of tables and counters would have made the place far more appetizing. The ladies room needed a hazmat team. Yuck.

One person working on food. Four people in building. I'm there 20 minutes waiting for my order .nobody acknowledges me there's a kid working in the back with his earbuds in ..no one greeting people.. people are just walking in taking food ...nobody's confirming orders..Then I finally was able to have an employee make eye contact with me and ask about my order apparently my order got taken ..so they weren't paying attention I tried to recommend they should pay attention and then the girl had the idea to say have a great night thank you so effing much ...just employees that aren't able to take any sort of constructive feedback.. I do blame it on their managers as well as their parents but whatever. apparently if they can't watch people walk into their building and just take orders it's my fault I'm a bad person for trying to give them feedback and tell him they should pay attention so nobody's order gets taken that's why they told me to have a great effing night anyways I won't go here anymore and I'll definitely share my experience

Save your money and go somewhere else. We ordered two sandwiches and a pizza to pick up. The food was horribly made. It look like they just threw whatever on the sandwiches and the pizza was cold like it had been sitting for hours. To top it all off the drive thru worker was rude to my husband when he went to pick it up.

I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the salad I received today. Some pieces of the lettuce were so slimy and brown and some pieces were Completely frozen! No tomatoes in the salad, no walnuts, and like 2 pieces of chicken!!!! For $13 I would expect way more. Do better!!!

SO dirty. Not an employee to be found. Napkin dispensers all around the lobby are empty. Every surface is disgusting and unstocked. Walls are filthy. Had to clean our own table with these weird bleach towelettes. Chunks in the lemonade. Insane how much this place has gone

This place is super dirty. Walls are gross dusty cobwebs all over the lights stuff all over the floor etc. A few employees shouting towards each other and being completely not concerned about anyone trying to eat their meal in peace. Just being overly loud and obnoxious. The whole restaurant can hear. The older gentleman working look like they're so done with them but have to be quiet because no one wants to work nowadays. So they don't screw themselves. I come here often but am starting to resent the idea of stepping foot in there again.
