Even though they were busy, they were super efficient. They got to me within 60 seconds when I walked in the door. PLUS, I had a situation (I forgot my card at home), and they were so accommodating & let my mom use her cc over the phone. I was shocked. Typically, in a situation like this, I would have had to drive home, get my card & come back, and then my pizza would have been cold, etc. But these guys were on top of it. Also, our pizza was hot and fresh and delicious!!! Thank you, Papa John's, for saving our Friday night pizza night!!!

I ordered a pizza with olives and brownies. 2 HOURS pass so I call and suddenly they send a driver and I received a pizza with only Pepperoni (which I am unable to eat pork) and no brownies.They tell me they don’t have any drivers and I’ll have to drive to the store to pick it up. When I get there 5 mins later they have 3 delivery drivers waiting to take orders, so I guess they lied. They gave me the wrong order again at the pickup and gave me cookies instead of brownies.I called a time a couple months ago when I had a similar situation, which they responded by saying “We are getting robbed we have to cancel your order good night”

They advertised delivery on the app so I placed an order. The weather was terrible and I was shocked that they were the only place delivering. After about an hour I called to check on the order only to be told that they DID NOT have a delivery driver and were depending on DoorDash to pick up the order. I informed them that the DoorDash app clearly states PICK UP ONLY so no one from DoorDash is going to pick the order up. I ordered through Papa John’s NOT DoorDash if you knew you didn’t have a delivery driver you should have done like all other restaurants and stated that Delivery was unavailable due to the weather. Do Better!

I'm apparently one of MANY people whom their customer service has bent over. I only ordered this trash because it was the closest pizza place to the air bnb we were staying at. I ordered 3 pizzas, got 1 and two orders of breadsticks. When I called them back to let them know of the mix up, I was given a customer service number and hung up on. I called again and the girl that answered said she "has no idea of who I just spoke with." YES YOU DO!! After too many conversations about they're mistake, it took forever to get the order fixed. I ended up calling customer service to try to get my money back, but was told in an email that I could call papa john's back to order two free pizzas. WHY WOULD YOU PUNISH ME AGAIN!!

Ordered a XL new York style got hand tossed and it’s a normal large pizza food was good but I paid for an XL new York style which is a few bucks more and I suppose I’m supposed to put well done to get a crispy bottom because this is a soggy pizza woulda been better if I just got a normal

the order tracker literally didnt update. the delivery driver called us and rudely said they were at my location and didnt know where they were. we said okay we’re coming out to get it. this same person calls us literally a minute later AS we’re trying to get out of our building that has multiple sets of stairs and when we come outside they’re GONE. idk what type of unprofessional drivers yall got up there but do better for real. and the app sucks at tracking the order it might as well not even be a feature.update: i’ll bring this up to two stars. thankfully the issue was resolved and we got our food delivered by another driver. but they missed the sauce on our boneless wings!! wild.

Called with a coupon that was not expired, but they were having computer issues on their side and the coupon code was not working. The worker told me I couldn’t use the coupon and he would give me 30% off instead and then promptly hung up on me. I called right back and the person said they had no idea what I was talking about. Poor customer service. The right thing to do would have been to honor the price. I will never order from the location again.

I'm not even a papa John's fan but the fact I could order it well done. Seriously I've had pizza in like 300 places probably. Hands down the best pizza.

1st time Papadia experience and I approve! Tried the Philly Cheeseteak. It's good with or without the garlic dipping sauce.Ordering online was a little confusing b/c if the Add to Order button on everything rather than Done with Coupon or something saying is complete.Fast, courteous delivery driver with my correct, fresh from the oven foods ordered.Glad I decided to give them another try. Much, much better this time!
