We have been here several times. And every time we have been here, we have had a problem!!! Whether it be a person on their cell phone while taking our order. Or making our orders wrong. And the last couple of times we went, they closed early!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

This place is so dang GOOD, the people here are nice and friendly and they know everything about the entire menu, which is a big help. I always get the Chicken Teriyaki minus the shrooms, but add banana peppers. The swiss cheese coats the entire sandwich and brings it all together. Of course, I have to get a big serving of the delicious cooked to order fries. Add some malt vinegar to them and dig in. There isn't anything close to this meal as far as I am concerned. The lemonade seals the deal and I am always happy when I leave here.

First time here and the overall impression of was great service, awesome staff and clean. The staff was very friendly and offered nice suggestions to try out. They are bilingual in English and Spanish if anyone wants to come out and have a bite to eat. 10/10 would come back over and over!

this location always impresses me. i have not had a bad experience since i started coming here almost a year ago. the quality of the food never disappoints. always hot, fresh and well prepared. while i usually order takeout online, i was even more pleased by the in store experience tonight. the woman who i presume to be the manager came to check on us and share solidarity about a recent less-than-superb experience we had at the bellevue location. she said she even trained them. it's unfortunate they can't seem to match the quality of food she puts out. we will always come back to the dodge street location from now on. the genuine care and pride the team puts into each guest's experience does not go unnoticed. this team deserves a raise if you ask me! thank you guys for taking such good care of us & see you soon

Penn Station has been one of my favorite places to eat ever since it was introduced to me. The store is usually very quiet and relaxed. the workers are always kind. the restaurant is VERY clean. i work in food service and the sneeze guard, kitchen, countertops, grill/fry area is always spotless. not to mention the food is delicious, they always cook your fries in front of you. always impressed!!!
