How do you sell Philly steak and not have Au jus sauce? The Au jus sauce is what brings the whole thing together. Waste of money to buy a bowl and then they tell you they are out of Au jus.When you get there I guess you have to make sure they have one of the main ingredients before you order.

Food was, ehhh.. nothing remarkable.. the ketchups were out, and when I asked for more, the worker said they would look then never left the register. Every table in the restaurant was dirty and covered with ick. The floors were covered in ick and trash. The trash was overflowing. And the kitchen needs a serious deep clean cause ick..

This is the 2nd time we had been to this location in the past several weeks. The 1st time was so-so. Took the food to go. We're missing both fry orders. The 2nd time we "ate" in. The whole make line was disgusting. Crusty and all the foods were mixed in other foods. After getting our food we tried to use the men's restroom which was flooded with no sign or anything on the door. Used the women's instead and it stunk horribly. Then noticed the floor behind the counter and couldn't believe that I allowed my family to eat at the restaurant. Every table in the restaurant had food of some sort on it and the staff members looked like they just climbed out of a dumpster. Truly disappointing.
