Every time I come to this location I either wait forever in the drive thru or my order is messed up. Today I was told I didn’t specify I wanted ranch on my bowl when I heard my husband let the employee know twice to put the ranch on the side. I’m not one to complain usually but this location disappoints.

Goodness Pepperjax has fallen so far. Our rice bowls tonight had no seasoning on the meat, forgot our ranch (both on the bowls and on the side), and had barely any beans or grilled veggies. This was rough.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. Here for a conference and the service was fast friendly and helpful. Clean restaurant… from dining area to bathroom to kitchen. Everyone enjoyed their lunch.

The steak was the driest thing ever!! I don't think a nuclear weapon could dry out the steak more than it was..I also paid for extra cheese and didn't get that.

The staff is rude, lazy, and dirty. The manager doesn’t know how to effectively problem solve. They also don’t wear gloves along with eating food with their bare hands then straight back to providing terrible customer service.
