Food was pretty good, got our food out pretty quick after ordering. Dining room was somewhat clean, but floor was a little sticky. The air duct register above the front counter is pretty filthy, caked with dust/grease. Bathroom was again somewhat clean, but it did have a stench of urine. The water from the sink wouldn’t come out cold or warm, the water was steaming hot, and couldn’t get it to turn cooler no matter what direction I turned the faucet to. Burnt my hands while trying to wash the soap off. Wife said the sink in the women’s bathroom was the same. Should get that fixed before someone speaks to corporate or files a lawsuit for burns caused by the restaurant. We have nothing against Pepper Jax, but we probably won’t eat at this location again. Although the food was good, the dining experience could have been way better.

Burrito didn't come with rice. We were told we have to ask for rice in it????Portion sizes were significantly smaller than they used to be. Flavor wasn't as good as it used to be.... And price is way more expensive especially since the sizes and quality has gone to hell.We will not be back.

Came here to get lunch and the guy who took my order was nice but they had two more guys one guy was in the drive thru with a tank top on making food and talking to each other about videos no beard nets products sitting on a prep table I will be having my daughter come down to your location and at least check the food quality and also portion control because I am really disappointed that my food was not good for what I paid for I nachos were over 12 dollars and I literally paid for a big amount of product and some chips ? at least fire house subs I can get lunch with fries and a drink for only 12 dollars

In this particular instance, I had ordered pepperjax to be delivered via door dash, so this is kind of a review of both. Unfortunately I happen to be in a rehab facility that was only five blocks from PepperJax. At any rate, I got it very quickly, and pepper jacks did a wonderful job for it was the absolutely perfect cheese steak. I also ordered a side of chips and salsa and again I got a bag of good full chips not all correct or anything like that and it was really really a great meal. I highly recommend PepperJax and in all fairness I'm going to say that if you need to have pepper jacks delivered, you can expect to have the same quality as if you had gone there to pick it up..Vegetarian options: They offer a vegetarian cheese steak which really is just a grilled assortment of all the vegetarian things they have and put on a bun as if it did has steak with it. I've never had it but it does appear a good option for the vegetarian

Haven't had Pepper Jax in a very long time since we don't have one by me. Came back for the holidays and wanted to have some. I like the new layout, but I do miss seeing the food being made in front of everyone. The sandwich was very delicious, fries were good. Had the chicken cheese steak.

The new store is such a downgrade from the old one. Food made in the back instead of in front of you. No sauce bar. No vintage pictures. And anti-American extreme right wing "news" on TV. Pretty disappointing downgrade.
I hate the new location. It smells like sewer. I refuse to order at a touchscreen, as the employees can modify things I can't. I miss watching the food be made. The sauces and dressing aren't available to pick from anymore. To go containers for dine in makes the philly and fries soggy and feels cheap (even though it probably cost more that running a dishwasher.) It's gone down hill and is very disappointing.

This location used Togo containers for dine in and was out of steak sauce. My main reason to eat there was the sauce. Dining room had four tables that weren’t cleaned off -I think management needs to do better.Guy behind the counter was ok - helped us out as expected.
