I love Pho Viet. I live in the neighborhood hood and it’s become a regular stop. I do the Rare Beef Pho and Shrimp Spring Rolls with an extra peanut butter sauce. They know my order by name.
Best pho in town. We've ordered it 11 times in one month.

Food was fine, noodles were good even, but the rest of the experience was not very enjoyable. I love kids. Kids are cute but I don't want the owners kids putting his feet on my table or running his bike under my table or trying to hand me his half eaten lollipop. Not the kids fault he's just let loose in the restaurant but still no very fun to deal with while I'm eating. The other child was watching random YouTube on the TV in the dining area including gross hair pulling videos and loud random music clips on repeat. Again food was fine but we waited at least 40 minutes for lukewarm edemame that came barely 5 minutes before the actual meal. I also found an eggshell in my noodles. Uncomfortable experience.

Great! Perfectly done pho! Chef obviously pays attention to detail and has a passion for authentic Vietnamese cuisine

It was pretty good. They have a very large menu to also include Chinese food. Which is a little weird to me since it says authentic Vietnamese on the door. We did get some sense that the food had a Vietnamese style but couldn’t tell who was actually Vietnamese doing the cooking. Our server was guademalen.

Delicious pho broth, meats fresh, perfectly trimmed, plenty of sprouts and fixins. Generous with the noodles! Friendly family owned, clean and welcoming.

I've gotten takeout from this place on cold and rainy days. They have a variety of types of pho including beef, meatballs, chicken, shrimp, and vegetables. They also have bun bo hue, aka spicy beef noodle soup. The food is usually prepared pretty quickly with sauce on the side that I can mix in with my broth to taste.

pho itself was mediocre. it wasn't the best but i guess it could be worse. Regardless it was the worst pho I've had in my life, taste-wise. Speaking of atmosphere, flies were everywhere. There were three barefooted little boys going in and out of the kitchen, and the overall atmosphere was a bit chaotic. The boys were occasionally going in the kitchen to deliver to go meals to customers. I'm guessing there are no waiters or waitresses either. There was also a sign up basically saying how there are not many employees and that customers should put up with this? like what?It just felt more like being in someone's home or playground rather than being in a restaurant to eat. Too casual perhaps
