Order 50 bucks worth of food and got fries beans and rice and biskets when and drove through for a refund was told they can't do it so I walked to the wind in drive thru and tried again and delt with poor customer service

I enjoy the spices and flavor of popeyes chicken. You have to be patient, they are always short staff and orders may take a few more mins, but they do their best.
I've frequented this particular location six times within the last week ( don't judge me) and every time I've stopped by, both the food and the quality has been great ! The food is always fresh and hot; the biscuits are always nice and fluffy just how I like them ! 10/10 highly

Wife was not happy with the food. Ordered chicken wings with a honey BBQ flavor. What they forgot to tell her and me was the chicken is cooked with a hot breading that has spice in it. She ate my tenders and I ate the wings.

I went there today and saw nothing but utter chaos. There were 8 people waiting on orders and it was obvious the crew was totally overwhelmed. When I got my order, both my red bean & rice sides were spoiled as well as one of my pieces of chicken. My wife’s order was completely incorrect and had to be redone. Her fries were ice cold and nasty. I watched as one person, I believe to be the manager, had several other orders incorrect and no idea who ordered what. I am a former Popeye’s Manager and this store is a disgrace.
