Though it is a limited menu, the food I had there is some of the best I have had in Omaha. The ribs were falling off the bone and perfectly seasoned. No additional sauce necessary. I am very particular with coleslaw and this was the best coleslaw I have had in 30 years.They make ribs only on weekends, but they need to make them more often. 110% phenomenal.The service was top notch. Got the cheese fries with pork. Very generous portion. The sauces were unique and quite good. They are vinegar forward and not like the sticky sweet kc BBQ that is more common here. I really enjoyed the Carolina mustard, which is unusual for me. Would like a sauce with some celery seed and a little more thickness, but all and all the uniqueness of the ones they had won me over. Mac and cheese was very good, a little smokey and not too heavy.
