There were 2 staff members and they took no care in how slow they were preparing our very simple online order. Then when we got it, the fajita was undercooked and had no crisp. It was very flimsy and hard to eat. It was cooked for maybe 30 seconds. It was our first time there and we are very unimpressed.

BEST QDOBA IN OMAHA! The staff are wonderful and nice. :) They value their customers and have great promotions for rewards members! The food is always tasty and the restaurant is usually pretty clean. The juices are phenomenal!!Vegetarian options: Anything can be vegetarian here if you choose to not add meat!Parking: There are many spots available to park at all times!

Great food, great service and atmosphere! Mai was awesome with the quick service, fresh food and clean restaurant. In town for only 2 days but will be back to this location up the street from my hotel before I leave! Definitely worth checking out if looking for quality food in the area!

I didn't even get to try the food. My husband and I went inside on Dec 17 2023 around 11am. It was empty, but you could tell the tables hadn’t been cleaned and the floors looked dirty. We go to look at the menu and I say “hi” employee says “you order down here”. It felt unwelcoming and like we were bothering just because we were looking at the menu. I tell them “thank you” and we leave. The employee said nothing to me and my husband tells them to have a good day. Employee proceeds to sarcastically say happy holidays. I understand people have a bad day, but this felt rude and depressing.
