I have to start giving a statement Born and raise in Fajardo Puerto Rico at the coast so I know how a fresh lobster should taste and look. I asked for a duo lobster meal ,one of the tail lobster was like it was sitting in the kitchen for a day and half no flavor whatsoever and I believe I catch a stomach virus I came from my primary Doctor and she told me that this virus was by eating something that I not normally eat so I have a bill bigger to pay from medical and medicine ???

We went for dinner and it was amazing!The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Really enjoyed our dining experience!
Took my mom here around noon on a Saturday. Wasn’t busy and were greeted and seated promptly. Our food was decent but what really blew me away was our server. She was OUTSTANDING and her personality really made our experience one to remember. Her name was Lacy and I highly recommend requesting to sit in her section if you come here. As someone that works in the industry you could really tell she loves working there and honestly … give that girl a raise! Thank you red lobster and thank you “Queen B” Lacy!

We had a family dinner after visiting my mother in-law. Our server's name was Lord something (can't remember the rest of him name). However that dude was so awesome. I am not a seafood guy but I would definitely bring my wife back. Just so she can eat her 12lb of crab legs. ( I don't understand it but it's not my stomach)

Just not what it used to be. Waitress didn't explain things well and the experience was less than satisfactory for the cost. Sadly, won't be back and we USED to be regulars.
Besides the incredibly overpriced ice riddled cocktails, they have an amazing chocolate souffle?! Who knew and if you join the rewards you get free one for your birthday and not so much ice and a little more alcohol in your fabulous $15 cocktail. Yes it's overpriced but when they give you the free lettuce wrap coupon you're eating souffles and lettuce wraps all week if you're me celebrating your birthday on a budget with your new favorite friend, chocolate souffle. Yay, Westroads' Changs.

If you want your server beating roaches down at your table this is the place for you! This place has been continuously going downhill. Used to be a family staple now you're lucky to get lobster that isn't rubbery and clean Utensils. The manager is rude as hell and is always in the bathroom, probably doing that Booga Suga, either that or maybe she has IBS. We will never know
