Food was good and better than the atmosphere and environment. My dinner came before the appetizer which is a first for me. I waited about 10 minutes after being seated by my server, and I had to ask my server for a refill on my lemonade. She wasn’t very aware for only having a total of two tables. As a previous server I know those things are missed when it’s busy. But they were not busy what so ever. Also it took us more than a few minutes to be seated even tho two people where working up front. And their was clear open spots available. When I asked the second person if they where new she said no but that she was in training and wasn’t allowed to work “alone” whatever that meant. It’s doesn’t take a special person to seat guests I think everyone that works here should be cross trained to seats guests because their was also a couple that came in after me waiting to be seated as well

We have been customers for years and always enjoyed the food. Tonight's takeout order was inedible. Cold, cheese congealed, meat tasted terrible, missing ingredients. We ordered lettuce wraps and our containers contained 80% brownish or nearly frozen lettuce. Absolutely horrible. We won't ever go back. If I could rate it a zero I would. Picture of what we ordered - we got no avocado and no onion straws. The second photo shows how much lettuce was left after attempting to eat the meal. $40 worth of half frozen lettuce.Dietary restrictions: Great options but poorly executed.

Took boys there for supper, been here multiple times, but.... was a bit shocked this last time, when we got there they said 30min wait, I had to ask, there's hardly anyone here.... was told only 2 waitresses showed up... not sure what happened, other than that everything was as normal, food, service excellent, forgot waitresses name, but she was outstanding, thanks again!!Kid-friendliness: Always great with kids!

Food was decent.....1st off we stood at the host stand for about 10 mins before being greeted(we shouldnhave taken yjatbas a hint for what was to come).It's very hard to get bottomless sides when the waitress only takes your order and never comes back. It took us 18 mins to get our 3 sodas....our appetizers made it out before the drinks. After our food was brought out by someone else ..we never heard from our waitress again. Good thing I could pay at the tables computer, or I never would have got my check. It would be understandable if our section was busy, but she did this to multiple tables.... it was a very disappointing family outing.

This place is absolute chaos. The manager forgot to seat us, forgot to add us to the list and then acted like it was our fault. The server couldn't remember anything - spoon for shakes, drinks, food. We ended up waiting for so long that we took our order to go.

Ordered bacon fondue burger which was ok. Most of the salad was old/spoiled so I sent it back. Asked for some fries & I received a half basket & they were also ok. The kicker was the waitress had on a very dirty t shirt & her attitude was less than friendly. Ordered a milkshake to go which took about 20 minutes. They were not busy at all & did appear to be short staffed. I didn’t ask to speak to the manager bc I didn’t want to embarrass the waitress. If I decide to patronize RR again it’ll be a different location for sure.
