An hour wait for Italian beef and fries. I believe it was intentional. After asking for a refund, which I was ignored. Then my food was brought out. The other black person called their order in and got her food at the same time as me. Of course I wanted a refund. That was my second and last time to wait an hour for a sandwich. Time is money and you waisted my time.

? I WAS SO IMPRESSED! My first time here and the guy working was incredibly friendly, and listened to me jabber about how I thought I was at a different restaurant. ?. The portions were much bigger than I expected, and the quality was ! I can’t wait to try more things! ? ?

Pizza is a 5/5. Chicken parm & mozzarella sticks are as well. Great service & atmosphere. My opinion: the cheesy garlic bread had very little cheese & tasted way too garlicky. The chicken alfredo was ok, but sauce was very runny & hard to eat with a fork.**BEST MARINARA SAUCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.**

As a Chicagoland transplant to omaha this is a solid 2-3/5 for the deep dish. This is not a review of the resturaunt or staff or atmosphere. Prices are spot on for a deepdish. Expensive but that's deep dish. I did takeout. Could have played a role but very unlikely based on my Chicago experience of Uno's, Gino's East etc.Take this with a grain of .....cornmeal. Like they should with the crust, which was a complete miss. I've made this at home. Half a cup to 1 cup of cornmeal is standard and a game changer. Please add that to each two pizza batches worth of dough. Please for the love of God. I'm tired of making this at home. It's amazing and will put you over the top.5/5 Pizza appearance5/5 mozzarella layer4.5-5/5 Sauce. Taste and consistency preference.5/5 Ingredients.3.5/5 Seasoning on top. Not traditional and not preference. But not bad.1-2/5 Crust. This is the major issue and what defines Chicago Deep Dish. Without the cornmeal it doesn't have any snap when you bite. This tasted like regular thin crust used for dual purpose deep dish. This is a sin in Chicago Deep Dish. Also what defines it as a leftover. This crust tastes like an idea of a Chicago deep dish from someone who has never sat downtown and had a true Southside deep dish pizza. Not bad at all but missing a key aspect. They are clearly doing great things. Sauce. Toppings. Moz amount. Appearance. But missing the base. I'm nit picking but this is like buying a dodge charger without a helcat. Different all together and in the end not worth the premium if it doesn't deliver. I hope the resturaunt takes this as constructive feedback and not negative criticism. I will keep buying the deep dish every few months because it was good enough. It's just hard when you see so much good without the great. Please keep making pizzas guys. And thank you.On a side note I didn't realize you guys were a chain and maybe not in control of your ingredient process. And based on other feedback maybe not in a position to control your dough. So I'm sorry if I'm criticizing things that you are not in control of or able to change.

The wings and pizza were great! The service was terrible. Ordered 2 waters right away and 2 cocktails. Cocktails made it and waters never did. We ordered our wings first and came out in a timely manner. We then ordered pizza to go...after waiting 40 mins and seeing our server just sitting, we walked up to the bar and asked about the pizza. The pizza was just sitting on the counter for who knows how long.Again the food was great but our server was not good and appeared very lazy.Ohhhh and when I first got there I used the restroom which was gross!!! Had a bad feeling right away because of the dirty bathroom.Again....food was great! I would order a pick up but probably never dine in again.

Rosati's Pizza knows how to create the perfect balance in a pizza. The crust is not too thin or too thick, the cheese is gooey, and the toppings are spread evenly.

Overall good first experience here. If I happen to be out in this part of town again and need pizza, would definitely come back. We got a thin crust for the kids in the group and a regular/thicker crust for the adults plus the "dough nuggets". The name leaves a little to be desired but they were a hit with our whole group. FYI, they aren't messing around when they say the Windy City pizza comes with hot peppers. It definitely had some heat!

Stopped in for a beer with my wife on a Saturday afternoon, only 2 other couples were there. The waitress seated us without any trace of a welcoming greeting. After a few minutes of not having anyone wait on us we left. It’s not like the place was busy, or the waitress was busy taking care of another table. It’s quite simple, she was completely ignoring us. Soooo, it should go without saying we won’t be back anytime soon.
