I decided to come here for a quick lunch while on a trip to do groceries, and I'm pleased to be reminded why Runza is so favored here in Nebraska. I had gotten the classic Runza with a side of crinkle-cut french fries and a drink of water. I immediately noticed how steaming hot the food was, which was how I like it. In my experience, some fast-food restaurants out there do a mediocre or poor job at this for their customers.The freshness of the bread and the savory taste of the beef inside the Runza is another good thing to note, along with the soft and salty texture of the fries. It wasn't mind blowing or anything, but the quality of the food is just enough to make you feel pretty satisfied you decided to come here. The water tasted good too, as it tasted like Dasani bottled water. The price for the food was less than $12, so pretty reasonable for the quality and the amount.For the service, the cashier was nice and made no mistakes taking the order. To add to that, the food came out pretty quick, at around 2 minutes, so this is another plus.As for the interior and atmosphere of the establishment, I would've liked some music to be played while I was eating, because I felt like the place was a little too quiet and dull. Granted, not many people were inside at the time, but I think something as simple as music can significantly improve the eating and social experience for a customer(s) dining in.The tables, floor, front counter, and fountain machine were clean, but I felt like the interior design was too bland and boring. On the bright side, the building does have large windows that face 72nd street, so you can at least watch the cars and people pass by.Overall, Runza delivers well on affordable, quick, feel-good food, but I think it needs to improve on the atmosphere of their establishments.

It's was a snowy day today I came out they weren't busy at all I got home and I realized they redropped my fries they we're hot but brownish and very hard they didn't put bacon on my meals when i had requested it and had me wait 10 min in the line at that very disappointed 2/10 wouldn't

I am in town from the great state of Texas and as usual I head pretty quickly to Runza. I stopped by this Runza at 8:30 pm attempted to order a couple of Runza meals, only to be told the are out of runzas. How in the world are they out of runzas when the name of the place is literally "Runza." If this is how this location If this is how this location operates, I think I need to figure out how to make my own runza type of sandwiches, because this was ridiculous.

The food was good and the staff was polite and friendly.
I like this location. The dtr cashier has been there for years. A testament to the work environment. I find the food consistent and speed of service acceptable for a dtr. I'll be back for the mushroom cheese burger.

Why do I give it five stars? You know what you're getting when you go there.It's fast food - but as fast food goes, it is good.The staff is VERY polite and it is kept clean!
Good food I ordered the southwest chicken salad, as delicious as it was there was hardly any chicken. Maybe the equivalent of 1/2 a chicken patty? The taste was great though! ?
People taking orders aren't the Greatest. They say "anything else" before your even done getting words out your mouth. Got the order rall wrong and then tried to charge me for things they messed up. Anything else, anything else, anything else, anything else.....
