I work right next to a place they park at all the time and have been since I started early this year. I've been there probably 4-5 times over 10 months and I get the burger every time. It's so delicious probably the best burger I've had in Nebraska, it always taste the same too I've never had a "bad" cheeseburger from them. For 11 bucks it comes with fries, ranch and ketchup and the fries are perfect crisp every time(burger is huge too). Longest it's ever taken was 15 minutes...read full review

I recently visited Santiago's Mexican Food Truck on a Friday evening at Wine, Beer, and Spirits Oakview. I was blown away by their portions and delicious meals! The food truck was easy to find and had a nice, welcoming atmosphere. THE BEST TACO TRUCK I'VE BEEN TO SINCE MOVING FROM CALIFORNIA. I was starting to think it'd be impossible to find good tacos in the midwest, but Santiago's changed my mind!Savory delicious meat with classic well-made salsas and all the flavors you ever want!
