This location somehow manages to get my order incorrect every single time I visit. Won’t be returning to this location unfortunately.

Inexperienced and inefficient staff. They were super disorganized and everything in our order was wrong. Ordered a half caf coffee and instead of telling us that wasn't available, they gave us a "half of an Americano" which has espresso. The drink js double what a regular coffee is and not healthy for someone with a heart condition. Do better

It’s beyond frustrating we have had quite a few issues where we have called on them for several months where we are told “we’ll send you a gift card in the mail” and have gotten nothing. That is NOT okay. We are regulars. I’ve tried to go to the online portion of reporting with no response back so maybe leaving a bad review will reach out to someone to help. Now don’t get me wrong, we let LOTS go but when we are missing things we pay for (extra shot), muffin being soggy, and then their blended coffees not being blinded completely so you have ice chunks, there are some issues… We are regulars as we go at the very least twice a day. Clearly we aren’t valued so maybe Dunkin or Starbucks deserves our patronage instead?

One of the workers left to give a dog treat to a parked car and didn't return for 5 minutes or so while there was a line of 7 cars. Then they gave me the wrong coffee and forgot the hot sauce for my burrito.

Very random as far as quality of service and consistency of the drinks go at the 120th Fort location. Sometimes good Sometimes bad. I would say if you don't see more than one car in the employee parking lot and there is a line in the drive through you are probably better off just going to a different location which isn't a big deal becuase they are everywhere.

There's a lady that seems like she's there every day with dark hair and glasses and she just had some party for you search up a cup of breakfast cheer and doesn't seem to judge how much espresso you add.

We ordered two smoothies, one wild berry, and one strawberry banana. Both of them had large chunks of ice so we went back and had them remake them. The large chunks of ice were gone but the smoothies were very, very bland. You couldn’t even tell which flavor they were.

Ordered vertigo smoothies on Sunday and noticed the truck in front of us just rolled through the drive thru. Watched the person at the window give the people in the truck the finger and then give the our drinks. Tried to get us to pay for the people behinds drinks and deny that she had given out the wrong drinks to her friends who were parked in employee parking. Then we’re told that they were out of Red Bull. Absolutely ridiculous!

I use to LOVE this location... great people, great coffee, close to home, and on my way to work. Sadly it's been sliding downhill over the last few years. There's a constant stream of new people, they can't seem to get my drink right, and this morning I got a piece of a PLASTIC BAG with a swig. Figured it was a mistake and promptly got a second piece with my next swig. Threw out about a third $6+ drink. I won't be back to this Scooter's. UPDATE: Strained the rest of the coffee and found another 3 pieces of plastic. If I owned the company, the franchisee and employees would be fired.

This is easily the worst scooters I have used.Every cup of hot "coffee" I get smells and taist like an ash tray.How do you even allow that to make it to a customer. Pathetic.

Clean shop, fast service and the barista Micheala is always a delight every time I stop by, taking the time to make excellent recommendations despite being a whirlwind of activity, always being kept busy by the drive thru line.
