A little slow, and although we were the only ones in the store they didn't call out orders loudly (or at all) so we just had to watch the counter to see when our drinks were ready (there were 8 in our party).Wheelchair accessibility: + Wheelchair ramp & low-threshold entry- outdoor tables and chairs positioned between the ramp and the door had to be moved to get by

Some really nice drinks here. We always have the blended mocha, but I'm sure there's others just as good. It's nice and cool inside with comfortable seating. The servers are happy to help get whatever you need. I give the food a lower score, because you know it's just processed stuff, even if it does taste decent enough. I don't think the location of the stand to place your orders though, it's almost as if it's a terminal to pay for parking spots. You're past it in no time if you haven't been there before and the people inside don't know you're at the window. There should be a buzzer installed at the window, in case the order booth has been missed.

This is a rather non-descript non-pretentious coffee shop, which I actually like. Nothing special, no signature "calling card." Just good coffee, internet that works, and a relatively quiet environment to meet people or get some work done. And the location is really good for me.

I didn't get a chance to enjoy my chai latte because the lid wasn't secured, so it spilled going around a corner. Down the door speaker, onto the carpet, down my leg, into my shoe and sock and all over my suede purse. Can you at least put the darn lids on property? What a mess and disappointment, not to mention a waste of money.
I've never had an unfriendly barrista or a bad coffee from Scooter's.Kid-friendliness: Always happy to see my kiddos!Parking: Smaller parkinglot, but one location is a walk in and the other location is drive through only.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in the sit in location no problem. The drive through only has plenty of space on the parkinglot should a wheelchair need to get out of the vehicle.

Awesome coffee shop and super close to my airb&b. I've stopped at this location 4 times this week...thanks for the great service and wonderful coffee. The peppermint and whipped coffee was spectacular

I give up on ever buying a cold brew from scooters again. Everytime I get one I get what tastes like when you brew a pot of coffee with a spoonful of coffee meaning it is extremely watered down coffee. I experience this at most scooters locations and never have this issue at any other coffee shop. Never buy a cold brew from scooters it will disappoint you for sure.
