Went there yesterday and ordered 2 wildcat infusions. I was charged for both drinks and they took my free drink off of my app. Sent a message with no reply. Capped twice and was hung up on both times.

I came at 7:24 am on Oct 10, 2023. I asked for a pumpkin carmelicious blender with no whip cream at all. I was told they would remake it and they never did. They just scooped the whip cream off and gave it back to me. This is very unprofessional as I requested the beverage without whipped cream at all. Not whipped smeared in the drink and given back to me. I want a full refund as soon as possible or I won't be a customer anymore.

We went there this morning 11-10-22 and I believe the worker was new but she was the sweetest person. She was so happy and looks as she loved her job. This location has been so amazing. The workers are awesome. This is my new scooters spoke
