I’ll start with, that this use to be my favorite location.. but things have changed. I’ve ordered the same order 3 different times and been charged different things each time for the same order in the past week? Unfortunately, they over charge and charged me for the vanilla in a vanilla latte. They never use to do that. Sometimes they choose to charge me for it and sometimes they don’t, guess it depends on how they’re feeling that day. The scooters in westroads mall does not steal your money. Recommend going there instead of this location.

This local franchise is pretty good alternatives to Starbucks. Available drive thru only. So for walk up, just use the same window. We got matcha green tea and ice mocha. Good flavor. Not too sweet.

normally, I really love going to this scooters, but I did not realize there was a change to the menus. I am a regular customer and I used to work at scooters coffee. I am an avid lover of the Red Bull infusions, and I don’t even need to look at the menu when I order. They change the Red Bull infusions to a new energy drink sponsored by (Scooters) end. It does not taste the same as the Red Bull infusions at all. The Red Bull infusions were my favorite drinks and now I’m not even going to go to (Scooters) anymore because that was the only thing I got. It is really disappointing that they change this because I personally do not enjoy Scooters Coffee. I only like their Red Bull infusions. They also changed the vertigoes to the new (Scooters) energy as well. They did not tell me through the drive-through that the Red Bull infusion has changed, I normally just order right away without looking at the menu because I don’t need to. This may affect other customers who don’t look at the menu.
I used to go to this Scooters location specifically because the girls there were so welcoming and nice and made my day in the morning. They were just so bubbly and sweet. But whoever is new and works mornings is definitely not welcoming and after giving chance after chance to see if she was just having a bad day once I have came to conclusion she just doesn't wanna be there and she doesn't care about her job or customer service. It totally ruins my morning. Her attitude is horrible, no smile on her face, doesn't even say to have a good day. Just hands me my drink and walks away. Every. Single. Time. I won't be going to this location anymore.

This one is the closest to me. I love being able to literally walk to get my coffee or cake bites when the weather is nice. The staff is always so sweet and personable. I'm so glad I discovered this chain last year. The coffee can't be beat. It's amazing

Very friendly folks here and good coffee and food. But, da-uhm, chill with the up-selling. I said yes to the everything bagel sandwich. Don’t need a chocolate chip cookie with it at 9:00AM. ☺️
