I love this place! Go almost every morning and the manager is super cool!and she keeps her nails really cute! Also a girl by the name of Taylor made my day getting my smoothie perfect! All the staff is actually Bomb!

DO NOT GO HERE! BUSINESS FORCES YOU TO TIP!9/9 around 5 o'clock I bought 3 of the same smoothie. It didn't appear busy as only one car in the drive through was in front of me, but to be fair, I didn't check inside. I sat in line waiting for 30 minutes after placing my order. When it came time to pay, the cashier said there's a question for me to answer first, but the screen said something to the effect of "thanks for your order" . When I looked at the receipt I found out that this company decided to GIVE ITSELF a 20% TIP! I generally like smoothie king, and will probably go again, but not to this one.

Smoothies are wonderful. Usually short-staffed and the wait is extraordinarily long, especially today. Employees seem stressed and rushed. Overall, kind people but could use more structure.

This Smoothie King is the worst in Omaha. Very hit and miss but tonight... ridiculous! 725 and the are open until 9PM drive through worker advised they are done selling bowls for the night. I will never return to this location. I eat about a smoothie bowl a day almost and would much rather pay for a smoothie bowl at a location that actually wants to sell their product. Lazy staff, and I've given too many opportunities at 14$ a bowl.
We ordered 3 smoothing. I had the Caribbean way. My grandma had the mixed berries (I was not a fan but she loved it) and my babygirl got the kids lil angels flavor and she loved it.

Best customer service at this location every time I have came here! The young ladies are great and do the best they can. I remember my first job as a teenager and we all made mistakes. But they are great!! It’s clean and friendly! Will highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!!!!

This used to be my husband and I’s go-to location. Especially after we got bariatric surgery, the chocolate gladiator smoothie was a great meal replacement. The last two times we’ve gone, the drinks have been gritty and thick with zero chocolate protein mix. Literally undrinkable. Last time I emailed smoothie king directly and never got a response. We thought we’d try again today, hoping they were just having an off day last time. Believe it not, it was worse. Powdery, chunky, no protein powder, no chocolate at all. I always tip 20% as well so for two small smoothies I paid $22 and had to go home and doctor them up and make them drinkable. I will NEVER go to this location again. I am so disappointed in how far the quality has fallen and how quickly it happened.
