“Wow I am blown away by rib shack! Got to go today and the ribs and beef brisket were so awesome! The sides were all great. The Mac and cheese is homemade not like competitors who use bagged Mac and cheese. Slaw and potato salad were also very good. Clean restaurant. Owner was very personable. 10/10 will be back soon!!!“
“first time trying this food truck and I ordered the burger and fries. The burger was good taste like a corner store burger which is exactly what I wanted wasn't a big fan of the french fries I don't really care for soft fries and not really flavorful. The guy that was making the food not sure if he was the owner from the pictures online it was a different guy but he was very polite and even brought my food to my car once it was done. I would go back and try other foods. The food truck is parked on the side of a gas station easy to locate.“

I can order on Doordash and get a complete home-cooked meal delivered to my home for the same amount of time and money I'd spend making a fast food run. so much better, the Mac and cheese side is way to small, but it's still delicious.“
