I always love this location especially when I have the time to go in and sit down. There are so many Starbucks locations that do not have a large sitting rooms but that is definitely not the case here. As you can see from some of my attached photos this location is not super packed and their is plenty of warm welcoming staff members to take care of you. Rarely have I been to this location and them been out of a particular food item which seems to be my luck when I go to others....read full review
Service was fast and the store was clean. The lady who took my drink was nice but the lady who made it seemed very confused. I ordered a frap made with heavy cream (it was a birthday reward so hey treat yo self!) to help with lactose issues and a certain combination of mocha pumps. Maybe it was the printers fault or what but she made the drink wrong. It was still okay but WAY too sweet.

I have been to this Starbucks several times, and only had one bad experience with service. I was told I couldn't use my rewards points because she had already started the transaction (not sure why she couldn't restart it), and then she gave me a cake pop... Instead of an entire sandwich. If it was another entree I could have just eaten it for that day but it was a cake pop. I had to go back through the drive through. 4 stars though bc all of the other experiences have been good
