I've been to a few different subway restaurants and this was the worst experience I've ever had. My friend and I arrived and were first in line. The two young ladies who were working there did not greet us as we stood there waiting for almost 10 minutes. The call in orders had priority over people who were waiting in line. One of the girls was coughing and wiping her face with their hand as she made sandwiches. We turned around and left without ordering and will not go back again.

Going to a subway restaurant is always hit and miss. I was at this particular subway with a friend We were the first people in line yet we stood there for almost 10 minutes. We were not even greeted The two young ladies that were working there had call in orders that took priority over people standing in line. Also the girl who was making sandwiches was coughing and then wiping her face with the back of her hand as she made sandwiches. We turned around and left without ordering anything. And will not go back.

Honestly this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this subway. I like that is close to my house but honestly it’s not worth it anymore. I just feel like they don’t hire people that are nice or decent. I guess I shouldn’t generalized- there are two specific workers that just seem unfriendly. I feel once there is a lot of customers these two people tend to freak out or get overwhelmed and end up making mistakes with orders in store and online pickup orders. There was a person who ordered online that came to the store and had to wait for them to even start it. I myself have had my order messed up and they tried to blame it on me not ordering right.

Even though we came with a buy one sub and a drink...get a free sub. We were charged $22.00 dollars. I trusted them to not take advantage of my son when he went in to pay for his own meal by himself with his new subway gift

The employee behind the counter was rude and nasty and disrespectful we were nothing but kind all we said was what we wanted hi and have a great day obviously employee had something bothering them. The employee was not at the counter for several minutes we were unsure if they were open we looked around wandered the store and called out several times to see if anyone was there when the employee finally did show we asked if they were open... Employees response was what do you want...on to the food...The bread was dry hard and nasty definitely not worth the money to eat here i could not even finish my sandwich you could hit the bread and it was so hard it made noise i could not even dig my nail into it not sure what the deal is but dont eat here and don't be like me check the reviews before you eat somewhere because yuck. I wish i could give this place 0 stars..

Ordered a footlong from the tall guy with the long hair. Went home to eat it and when I took a bite a long hair came out of the sandwich. Please put your hair in a bun. Threw the whole sandwich away.

12/13/2023This place was a pleasant experience. I have an electronic gift ? card that I haven't been able to use in the store I normally go to. It worked here. The food was good, and I had a meal deal coupon that I used. After I paid, I found out that they stopped making tea ? in the winter. I don't drink fountain drinks, so I asked for a refund for my drink, and they cheerfully refunded it. OK then.Four stars ? ? ? ?

If you want to have a good customer experience this isn’t the location to go to. I brought half a soccer team to this location and they all were ready to eat and because one of the boys was in the bathroom the woman just assumed we were there to only use the bathroom. She showed no hospitality and I will never go to this location again. It gets 1 star because you can’t give 0 stars. Don’t hire any more 70 year old woman if they want to tell paying customers to leave.

Not sure why you feel the need to put up private parking signs for a subway shop that always empty. Towing cars without any notice, chasing after customers of other establishments and yelling at them not to park. The franchise owner is tired of life...

Nothing worse then getting home and realizing they messed up your sandwich. All the toppings and sauce were wrong. Made the order in app. The app has no options to notify the store they messed up. Never ordering from this location again.
