Missing food. Sandwiches had a tablespoon of meat, they put none of the toppings in them, no cheese, hard bread. 47.00 for delivery of awful food! Threw everything away but the chips. They even messed up the cookies! They were in crumbles! I didn't think you could even mess up a sandwich...even small children can make a sandwich...LOL! Who did they hire...obviously they need training by a 5 year old on sandwich making...SMH...Only getting from Jimmy John's from now on.
Asked for chips and a drink and was only given the drink. Stood there waiting for the chips when I politely reminded the older woman working I asked for chips too. Her response was no you didn't. Extremely rude and I walked away with no chips

Quite irritating that this store is suddenly refusing to accept coupons, and the reason we were given is because “their sales are down”. Then being told we would have to make an online order for pick up if we wanted to use the coupons, since the owner can’t deny use of them once the order is submitted.
