Great reuben sandwich. A little pricey, but great quality and helpful staff. They should fix or change water dispenser. It is for large water bottles and they give you a small cup if you want water. Splashes all over.

Worst chop liver sandwich ever! Looks and tasted like diarrhea!

I have been eating at Swartz's for two years every time I go to Omaha and I go a lot.. lately they have gone downhill. I ordered a bagel with lox cream cheese and extra everything on it. Paid 5 extra bucks for the extra and didn't get it. This has happened the last 4 times. I will no longer be ordering from this place.

I came here for lunch with a few colleagues. It's a good deli. I had the chicken and rice soup. It was good. The others in my party had sandwiches. The sandwiches are large, everyone said they were very good. The service was pleasant. I would be happy to return to this business.

1- 8oz corn beef Reuben , 1- 12 oz corn beef Reuben, 2 potato salads and 2 cream sodas = $45.45. We were ripped off. Had better Reubens in St. Paul, MN for less $. Can’t recommend.

When we have a chance to get out of Tulsa, I always look up Jewish delis wherever we're going. I was very excited about Shwartz's. The name, for one thing, and the photos were mouth watering. We drove half an hour from Council Bluffs to get here. The Menu gave me great hope, and then reality set in. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and lox. The Los was $7, not including the bagel and cream cheese. You can see from my photo what seven dollars buys. I could read a newspaper through it, as my father used to say. The Lox was such a small portion, it really had no taste. I wanted a potato knish. The menu advertised potato and spinach and I haven't had a knish for years. Oh, we don't have knishes anymore. Okay, I'll have three scrambled eggs. Well, our eggs are sold by the twos - seriously? It's just math. Okay, I'll have two scrambled eggs, since division seems to be a problem. And, an order of latkes. Ellen ordered a half Reuben and a bowl of matzo ball soup. The soup was good. The Reuben paled in comparison the the one we had the day before at the Crescent Moon. This was bland and fatty. The latkes were fine, but the whole experience was a huge let down. We had water in those four ounce styrofoam coffee cups. I'm not sure I'll finish my meal after buttressing my disappointment by writing about it. And, we had all the fun for only a bit more than forty bucks. The Holy Grail of Delis outside New York is Shapiro's in Indianapolis. There's no comparison.

Really disappointed in this place. Reminds me very much of NYC delis - including the overpriced menu. The bagels were not fresh and most definitely grocery store bought. Maybe the deli side of things is better but bagels and lox is a classic so if they can’t get that right, I’m not sure I’d trust the quality of the rest.

Just left there, let me tell you, this was the best Reuben I have had by far. I’m from Tennessee and this was just mind blowing!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, and good luck on future endeavors.

Well I have not been to Swartz in a long time due to very unpleasant experiences. I decided this morning to try again. I will say the counter girl was very friendly that's the o e positive thing. The food was terrible. I had a bagel with cream cheese, lox and capers. The lox was very brown. I don't know about you but lox is not supposed to be all brown. The flavor as well was disgusting. One of the other breakfasts I ordered was eggs and Bologna. Asked for the potatoes to be crispy and they were soggy and greasy. It took the cook so long to make the food as well and they were not busy. This was the last attempt! Thumbs down!!!

Good corned beef sandwiches. Good stop for people from out of town.

Mr. Guy and Mr. Larry was a joy. The food is so good. I had brought lox and bagels and it is my favorite dish if I can get to the right Deli that serves it correctly. The owner originally from Bronx New York. They also have desserts and shakes, if that's also your craving among other delicious entrees.
