If I could rate the experience a negative 10 I would. It was the ABSOLUTE WORSE service I have ever received workers ignored and refused service. Stood there for almost a hr waiting on food that was already paid for and no one spoke much English, how can you possibly have every worker on shift with a language barrier even the “manager” I don’t understand how any of them have a job but at the same time it’s grown men working at Taco Bell so sounds about damn right.

It's a Taco Bell, so set your expectations appropriately, but they have very fast service, a clean kitchen (from what you can see through the drive-thru) and friendly service from good employees.

Went inside to get a to go order. Waited at least 15 minutes before someone asked if I still had not received my order. Then she looked at the team in the back, asking what happened to the order, and I could see the confusion on the faces. The nacho fries were cold and were not edible. The hard shell taco was busted like someone gave it an extra squeeze when placing it in the box. I ended up placing the food in the break room at work with a note eat at your own risk. This was a complete waste of my lunch time, and I probably should have just buzzed into the caseys for a good slice of pizza.

Went through the dtr on Christmas Eve around 4:30pm. The dtr service guy was friendly and we got our food quickly. Nice to have good service and good food on Christmas Eve.

Employees need to be trained correctly. 2 burritos and a fry took almost 30 minutes. The employee gives the wrong order to the wrong car then proceeded to hand me food that another customer had in their car for about 10 minutes. Who taught the food runner it was okay to hand out the wrong order to the wrong car and then take tge order a customer had their hands all over and then assumeni would accept contaminated food? Getting a refund took 15 minutes and it wasnt even buisy at all. Make sure you ask the customer what their order was before you assume and hand off the wrong order i mean 12 year olds have more common sense.

Make sure they get your order correct before you pull up, also expect your food to not be nice and hot. Past three times it's been warm. I only order the steak grilled cheese with out sour cream, 50/50 chance weather it's on their or not. Usually they "grill" it for about 3 seconds, leaves the undersized burrito nice and soft without any grilling. Also you need to ask for a receipt now.

Old, stale, broken, food. Barely any cheese or meat. Fries were lacking the seasoning and not full in box. We normally love the nacho fries and late night tacos but what a disappointment.

Multiple hairs in our food, called to get it solved and all they can say is “I’m sorry, I can’t hear you” I asked if they can hear me now and they replied with “no”… if you can’t hear me how can you reply with no?? Don’t eat here.

I am referring to the Taco Bell at 108th and West Maple road here. This is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell in the city of Omaha, and what's worse is that they don't seem to want business. They consistently will turn off all of their outside lights, including building lights, lot light, and even the sign well before they close. As an example tonight they're open till 3:00 a.m. and I came be at 1:50 a.m. a.m. cars in the pool lot menu board on, but everything else dark. In other words, they're discouraging people from coming in. Last Friday evening i was in line and the lights were actually on at the lot at about 1:55 a.m. at precisely 158 the building went dark. They clearly don't want to have the phone bar rush, and they just don't want to work. They have to be the laziest people in Omaha and I can't believe their management doesn't have the sense to look at the dollar per hour revenue and know that something is wrong. Now. On top of that I have email Taco Bell three times asked for a district manager or regional manager to contact me. No response. It's almost like they are condoning this type of behavior. The funny thing is when I have gone there when the place is dark, the food is typical Taco Bell. They will go ahead and fix it, they take your order promptly but they just don't want seem to want to get busy. It's amazing to me. There is another Taco Bell just west of my home at 1:45th and West Maple and their lights stay on. The staff is attentive. If it wasn't for the fact that I passed by 108th and Maple on the way home , I would never go there again. But instead I have to pass my house drive west about 15 blocks and then come back if I want to go to 144th. I'm just wondering if anybody else has had this kind of experience and I know it's just Taco Bell, but I can't believe Taco Bell corporate even allows this.

I wouldn’t even begin to give this place a single star due to who delivers the food for them and not to mention they can’t write the right address down I guess they just hire dumb and dumber to work for them. My sons order was delivered twice to someone else and was charged for it twice I would stay clear of ordering food through them at all!
