They closed the lobby on Presidents’ Day during the lunch hour. No sign was up. The drive through was extremely long and moving very slow. The management here is extremely bad.

Waiting in line for 17 minutes. Ridiculous for a drive thru. Then, the tacos are tiny compared to what they used to be. They smash them like they do NOT enjoy making tacos for $15.00 !an hour.Parking: Millard location AND 132nd & Center

The food is not worse than any other taco bell, but they need to update their hours.. I will order online when it claims to be open and they are NEVER open. Also they are always out of Baha Zero.. I get it, it is popular., but order more stock. You should not be out for two weeks. I just wish the app updated if they were out of an item or closed. Workers arent great or they are, no inbetween. I felt bad for the other girl waiting for her food. Super sweet and she confirmed if it had no cheese and sauce. The worker acted like it was the guest’s fault for the worker not seeing the receipt properly and snatched the bag and walked away to fix it. I mean seriously, it is really not that hard. That is coming from a person who works in a restaurant..Update: they actually screwed my order up.. three workers and two mobile orders.. didnt give me my drink and i asked for no sauce they gave me sauce

I had to write a review because I received exemplary service a few weeks ago. The nice black-haired man who took my order was very kind. He works the nights shifts on weekdays. He always gets my order correct (even though the line is always extremely long and he seems to be the only cashier working). He also told me he’d make a fresh batch of nacho fries for me because the other ones were a bit cold. I didn’t even ask. Pleasant experience!

This Taco Bell is a nightmare. The drive through line is so long because they are SO slow. We tried waiting in the drive thru for our to go order but decided to leave the line and to go inside because it would’ve been faster than waiting in drive through but they didn’t even acknowledge us inside so we walked back out and went through the drive through AGAIN. This is ridiculous. Definitely pick a different Taco Bell…

This location is the worst. I’ve been there on two separate occasions when the store is open for breakfast, but they won’t answer the drive through. I called to see if they were open and they said they were open. I asked why they won’t answer and they hung up on me. I just ordered delivery from the Taco Bell app today and infuriatingly, the order was coming from this location. They never started the order. It said “we’re making your order” for about an hour and then they suddenly cancelled the order. No communication. No reason given. I don’t even understand how this location is still open. They won’t even take your order in the morning. The workers are just in there, refusing to do their jobs. I’m not sure how corporate hasn’t noticed.

Spent 10 dollars on a double chalupa box and never got my food, waited for 45 minutes in the lobby and never got asked if I got my food, nothing at all. Can’t even give the food a rating because I didn’t get it.
