Would love to be able to accurately rate/review them but considering they never opened at 8am as their signage says on the building. I never was able to place an order. I even tried calling to see if they opened at a different time and was delivered to voicemail. No option to even hear an automated voice say the hours. Extremely disappointed. While I waited I saw at least 5 cars come and go after 8am. This is terrible business standards. If it wasn’t going to be opened at the posted time then a manager needed to have come posted a new time that they would be opened at.
The personnel working were very nice. The food since I last ate at Taco Bell has changed quite a bit. The Mexican pizza is about a third of the size it just to be and the spicy potato taco is mostly lettuce with some cheese and the potatoes are few and small. The food tastes good but was still disappointed.

Nice quiet location, 50/50 weather the lobby is open... I work close by and it's nice to get away and sit in somewhere else to eat other than at work but more times than often I come up here and they have the lobby closed. Your food comes out quicker if you just use the kiosks, if you stand at the counter everyone just looks at you but No one wants to take your order
