i’ve ordered from many taco bells in this general area but none as consistently bad as this one. food is constantly burnt, severelylacking in ingredients/toppings, never have i gotten an order that is not missing something.i have worked many food service jobs and i get it, i do, but this is just ridiculous. i never even review places because rarely do i care, but the food i receive specifically from this location is almost always giving “made by a toddler”. i do not know how you managed to screw a cheese quesadilla up so badly, but whoever did it needs to be studied in a lab.i’ve even come to this place in person post-lockdown, was told to WALK through the drive thru because the lobby was closed, the order was missing items, so we had to walk back to the window between cars since the lobby was closed! i can’t even consider this location a business until the entire staff is replaced.

If you like cold dog food, this is the place to go. Food not hot, half slapped together, absolute trash. Go 2 blocks to taco John's. It will be worth it. The Gordita wasn't warmed at all. I remember every time I go here just how much I detest this place.

pulled up 5 min. ago, supposed to be open until 2:30am. clearly saw enough staff to make a taco. when we pulled up to window, they literally gave a homeless man a free Baja Blast. and then when we pulled up, apparently were “short-staffed”…how many mf’s does it take to make a taco? off to Abelardo’s we go!

I was playing Pokemon Go with my family in the drive thru line and my son wanted me to trade him a Duosion but he had already done a special trade for that day so we couldn't do the trade but he kept asking and I raised my voice at him and I'm sure the people on the intercom heard me and I was very embarrassed. But anyway, the chicken quesadilla was great!

Wish i couldnt even give a one start rating. I had an issue with another store close to this one so i called to see who was the appropriate person i could reach out to since i was unable to get ahold of the store i had the original issue with. I was given the phone to the GM who was so rude to me. Started yelling and having an attitude with me. When i asked to speak with her boss the DM i was told she doesnt have one and was hung up on. Never in my life have i been treated so poorly.

Ordered today, drive thru.Came home and there was a baby roach in one of the tacos.Please avoid this place, it’s bound to be shut down soon due to lack of cleanliness and infestation of bugs.
