Taxis is one of those few places I would say its a "must go". When you see Bar and Grille it isn't what you are truly thinking. When you walk in its very nice, homie, clean, and almost would call it fancy. I had the dijon, garlic shrimp as an appetizer and it was probably the best shrimp I have ever had. I had the French Dip. hands down the BEST French dip in Omaha. The au jus alone is worth the trip but you add on how good the meat was cooked, the mushrooms being tender and the onions being perfectly done I would recommend this to anyone who will listen. To top it off their martini selections are unique but they are also so delicious. Try the Salted nut roll, you wont regret it!

We made reservations and came in for a Valentine's dinner. We both had the Velvet Chicken. The chicken itself was okay, though I had a couple of chewy, fatty pieces on the edge of my chicken. The pasta was pretty flavorless, even after we added salt and pepper. We were both quite disappointed in the lack of flavor from a dish that sounded amazing. The tiny slices of bread were really good, though it would have been nice to have more than 5 slices when the pieces are as small as they were. The service was great!

Had a Happy hour here with friends. Mondays are $6.50 martinis all day which is awesome! I'd say the appetizers we had were just OK. They are known for the flat bread. The bruschetta was the tiniest and hardest pieces of bread I've ever seen. But the martinis were good and our server made some good suggestions. I will go here again.

Well, unfortunately we’ve been to that restaurant four times never had to make a reservation and the fifth time we go there and Nancy you know this we always go and the hostess in some of the waitresses all look down on us when we went and there were three booths open Two seats at the bar we take less than 45 minutes to eat. It was at 5:30. We walked in there and they said we had to have reservations. If we didn’t have reservations we could make reservations but we couldn’t eat until 730 that means we had to leave and come back after fighting an hour in traffic And they’re looking down on us and its cash and tell us oh you gotta wait two hours cause you guys don’t have reservations not the proper way to greet somebody at the door and Victor is one of our best friends and he’s your sous chef have a good day cause when this review goes out just like I told you when we first came in we write reviews You’re gonna see a drop in business when people start looking down on us because we’re not dressed in a suit
