Excited to try this place based on the pictures and other reviews but was sorely disappointed… Server was abrupt and rushed, sirloin Wagyu was mediocre, the duck breast was tough as nails, that dessert was absolutely tasteless. Will not be back.

The food is excellent and I believe well worth the price. The bar offerings could be more expansive. The service needs work, desperately. Unfortunately, that is the piece which needs most improving. At times, service was inattentive and unknowledgeable about our dinner, and when asked about wine pairings, could not elaborate beyond “they’re all good.” Vodka for a pre dinner cocktail was limited to two kinds, which was odd, but not devastating. Still, it would have been nice to have a diverse range. The duck was exquisite, but plated along with the cous-cous- and accoutrements to one side of the plate, leaving one side completely bare and appearing empty. The coffee rubbed pork was seasoned perfectly. The sirloin steak was cooked perfectly and had delightful and robust flavor. I hope diners enjoy the food as much as we did, and I hope next time the service will have improved to match its superb quality!

Excellent drinks and sides. One of us had a perfect piece of fish, while the other wasn't great.Dietary restrictions: They adjusted a dish due to my gluten sensitivity and provided gf bread, which was a nice touch.

Honestly I woke up at 3am after the meal just thinking about it. It was hands down one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. We had the Wagyu Ribeye and Fish & Chips, and if I wasn't full I would have ordered it again. A must visit, can't stress this enough. Just go. Now.

Good not great. Nearly every item we had was over salted. Between my wife and I, we went through 3 carafes of water. Omaha holds the Boiler Room in the same regard as V Mertz but I believe V Mertz is in a different league.

Due to a 25+ group, the very nice hostess had to double as our server but did great. We got placed in a back four table area by restrooms and an employee door with no real view of restaurant so it was the worst table in the house. The menu changes and is very limited, especially for my wife that does not eat most meats. But she had swordfish and I had Wagu sirloin. The dishes were over the top in flavor and perfect preparation. Her cocktail was room temperature and was a 2 on a five point scale. Other greats though: butter for bread was superb. The charcuterie board was a wonderful mix of outstanding flavors of meats, mustard, and a marmalade.
Excellent experience. Everyone on staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food and drinks were top notch! The industrial setting was relaxing and had the perfect ambience.
Finally some great service. Since Covid, good service at almost every restaurant. I assumed the good waiters all left the business when the restaurants shut down. Food was good, no complaints there.
Everything that should happen, did. It was our 10th Anniversary and they had that printed on the top of our menu. The service was impeccable and the food was superb. We got our favorite requested table and had a romantic evening. It a joy to have a restaurant like that in Omaha!
