I’ve never experienced such excellent customer service in such a long time. Nolan is such an asset to your restaurant and I hope you keep him. My granddaughter picked The Cheesecake Factory for her Birthday dinner. It was the 1st time for all if us. The wait was less than 15 minutes around 7 pm on a Thursday night. The food was amazing!! Very hard decisions to make on what to order.Our waitress was even more amazing. Rebekah. She made sure if we had any questions about the menu or any dishes she was there to help us. Very professional and friendly. And even brought out a little ice cream sundae for my granddaughter at the end of our meal. I would highly recommend The Cheesecake Factory for your next family dinner or a date night. The atmosphere was great.

4/22/2024My client sent me a gift ? card and I've been using it to buy cheesecake. Very tasty cheesecake at that. The restaurant is very nice, the staff has been very friendly. Four stars ? ? ? ?

Ordered spicy cashew chicken that came out dry and luke warm. I opted to change my dish which the wait staff happily obliged. My replacement meal took so much time that I watched everybody else eat and ended up taking my food to go, this was also my family birthday dinner. It was not busy, I have no idea why they were unable to serve a proper freshly prepared dish. For $20+ per plate I can find much better fresh food at a lot of places.

Wonderful sandwich, something I would not have thought of myself! We had a large party, and the staff was well organized and calm. Really helped a lot! It was noisy, but it is a family restaurant!
We continously come back to the cheesecake factory because we love it and it is my sons favorite. He chose cheesecake for his birthday we bought 2 10 inch cheesecakes from the Omaha, NE store. Followed all their rules on thawing etc and it is ruined!! Soooooo disappointed! The crust didnt stay on it and stuck to the bottom of the cardboard so we had to scrape it off. Cant figure out how to post the pictures of the disappointment.
