Wanted to like this place. Steak was perfectly cooked at medium rare. Got the whiskey ribeye, was incredibly salty, soup and baked potato was great. Price wasn't bad but overall I felt like I could make a similar steak at home, meat quality and taste was the same as a supermarket.Service was quick as we first sat down but after initial greeting service died quickly, food took forever to arrive. Overall not terrible but nothing impressive. Worth going for atmosphere but not much else.

Phenomenal steakhouse that is a must go-to for anyone in the Omaha area. Steaks can be whiskey marinated for extra flavor without being overpowering, which I highly recommend. Friendly staff, incredibly reasonable prices, and some of the best steak around.

The food, excellent. The staff, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend making a reservation. A friend and I sat at the bar with plenty of room to eat. But, the place was packed from the moment it opened. The food was fantastic. Wine selection was not terrible. Food came out on a reasonable amount of time considering how slammed it was. Atmosphere, is dark. It definitely feels like you are dining in a wine cellar. We had a great time. Average about $100 per person. For us at least.

The food was excellent. Definitely one of the best steaks I've had it in America and also one of the best steak and prime rib in Omaha, worthy of the strong reviews. Some of the sides in particular were a little bit questionable specifically the lobster mac & cheese. Overall taste was really good, but pretty sure crawfish was used instead of actual lobster the server was very attentive to our drinks and refilled them whenever they were close to being low and we're very friendly. The overall setting was an old western style restaurant, but was very warm and welcoming.

OMG where do I start, the whole experience from beginning to end was Awesome!!! Everything about this steakhouse is on point and I hope that they don't change anything. Juicy tasty steak. Fresh hot baked potato and an amazing salad bar. You don't get to experience a good salad bar anymore because Covid took that away from us so The Drover not only did it old school but they played it very safe. Every customer has their own tongs to pick up the items on the salad bar and when you get to the end they have a bucket for you to drop it in. Nobody touches the same utensils ever. Everyone in my family ordered different items and nobody was disappointed.The Drover reminds me of the old saying Go Big or Go HomeParking: We definitely didn't experience driving around looking for parking
