We did not make a reservation, but we were able to be seated at the bar right away, which was actually quite nice. For starters, we got the Hawaiian Ahi nachos - fresh, raw tuna on crunchy lavosh with wasabi and avocado aioli, and seasoned pineapple and sliced avocado. Lovely dish and delicious. For main course I ordered the salmon tacos - excellent quality salmon, fresh toppings, and lovely blue corn shells. Very tasty! My wife got the Twisted Cork Burger, which looked incredible. She said it was amazing and I didn't even get a bite to taste. Next time. We both ordered drinks. I got a lovely local beer and my wife got the Penicillin cocktail, which she enjoyed. The service at the bar was efficient and friendly, and the atmosphere was refined and casually elegant. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food you get. We will definitely be back. Make a reservation if you want a table. It's not a big place and it fills up fast.

I don't know what deal you made for fresh raw fish in Nebraska, but damn this poke is as amazing as things I've had in Hawaii. Definitely want to come back!

We celebrated my cousins birthday at the restaurant. I ordered the cheeseburger. I have never had a burger with coleslaw on it. While the burger was prepared as I ordered it, the white cheddar cheese gave it a wierd texture (dry) that gave the burger an unusual taste. The side of coleslaw was good with apple in it, but with coleslaw on the burger and a side of the same, it seemed strange. I would have preferred a lettuce leaf and pickle on my burger and kept the slaw and chips as the side. Maybe change to a creamier choice of cheese. They offered my cousin a birthday dessert of two truffles and ice cream. They were really good. The rest of us shared a layered dessert bar that was absolutely fantastic. I don't think I would go back there because the other entrees are very expensive. We arrived at 5pm and were bummed to have realized that we missed happy hour (3-5pm). My cousin picked the restaurant and she enjoyed her meal so that was all that mattered.

A great new find! I categorically, Love this place. Located just off I-680 and Pacific St. makes for quick access. TCB has combined all the right elements to produce the perfect ambiance for a successful date night. TCB offers contemporary American cuisine with creative flair. The drinks are blended to perfection. The wine selection appears to be fine selections from the northwest. My entree was the Berkshire Pork with an Irish Muhle, Delicious!!! I spied numerous sea food entrees that I will be returning for. Trust me, you must try Twisted Cork Bistro.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

Amazing! Hubs took us here for our V-day date this year. They did not disappoint. Let's go...Service: from the hostesses to our waitress, they were all amazing. Smiles. Kindness. Excellent suggestions. She didn't check on us too much. She read the table and did an excellent job.Food: we had the screaming crackers for a share plate. It was a tasty plate of complimentary tastes and textures.Hubs ordered a steak. It was tender, delicious, and cooked to perfection. The green beans were fresh, as were the potatoes. He had no complaints.I ordered the halibut. So good. The capers. The potatoes. The asparagus. Holy moly. I didn't want to stop eating it. So wonderful. It was all Divine.Dessert: dang... I want to go back for more. We got the raspberry cheesecake. Perfection. The cheesecake was made fresh in shop that morning. It was light, tasty perfection. The crust complimented it all so well.Bonus info: my water glass was never empty. I am a heavy water drinker and I was never left without that ice cold liquid. This is important!Wheelchair accessibility: There were no stairs and clear walkways.

Absolute fantastic dining experience! Courteous & 'friendly-enough' waitstaff without being intrusive. The food was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert. We each tried something outside of our normal faire & we were delightfully rewarded!

We ate at TCork for my husband's birthday. Two of us had the halibut which was amazing. The third had the salmon, also amazing. The noise level as tolerable to my husband who has hearing aids. I thought it was pricey, but worth it for the quality and the experience.

Really good food. I did think it was strange they put the most common japanese rice snack on an appetizer plate though. Kind of felt like it threw the whole plate off. No complaints about the quality of the rest of the meal though.

Made reservations on Open Table for delicious seafood and filet for an anniversary dinner. My only complaint was the hostess informing us they were booked later essentially giving an impression to eat and get the heck out before the next reservation 110 minutes later.

Hats off to the staff at Twisted Cork... I took my finance there to pop the question and the staff assisted with it putting the ring on our dessert plate. Overall awesome experience. I would high recommend them to anyone. Food was delicious and presented well. The berry crumble dessert was amazing and she said YES!

We had reservations and arrived early to have a drink at the bar before being seated. The manager was tending bar and we immediately felt like we wanted to stay right there so we gave up our table and dined at the bar. We ordered drinks and the Crying Crackers appetizer. This flank steak with cucumber, kimchi, pistachio and a fiery Jaew sauce, served with rice crackers. SO GOOD! For dinner my wife enjoyed the Prairie Fire flank steak and I had the ribeye which was amazing. Our steaks were prepared perfectly and the plate presentation was beautiful. We loved the service from the minute we walked in the door until we left. Service was fast and friendly and the ambience was great. We will be back often.

One of our favorite places in this area. The food is always delicious and presented beautifully. I had the Reuben and the mat was tender and lean, which is very important to me. The chips were crunchy and the apple blue cheese slaw was amazing. Hubby had the corn chowder and a salad which was lightly dressed and yummy. The service was good and the pricing was appropriate for the quality and quantity.
