Shhhhhhh!!!!! This place has the best salmon on the planet. They call it the Almond Crusted Salmon! It was the first thing I ever ordered at Wave and it's the last thing I'll ever eat at Wave. I was lucky enough to visit with the chef and was told it utilizes 3 separate cooking methods for 1 order of Salmon. Regardless, let me tell you, it's out of this world good. First of all, It's a giant slab of salmon. Thick cut and the fillet takes up some serious real estate on top of a bed of rice. It has just the right amount of teriyaki sauce that gets drizzled on top to provide some sweet salty flavors. The salmon comes out piping hot and is cooked to perfection- I love every bit of it. 10/10 for me

Beautiful dining room, makes you feel like you're dining in a fancy restaurant. The food is excellent. Loved both the Seafood Gumbo and Chicken with Hoisin Sauce, Chicken Pad Thai good too. Server knowledgeable and friendly and very attentive. Our family go to place. Thanks!

I started out with a pina colada, was quite yummy. For my dinner I went with Fresh Vegetable Stir Fry. It was good, nothing exceptional but I would eat it again. The Szechwan style Tofu in Hot Garlic Sauce looked amazing! My dining companion said it was good and she would order again.

This is a neighborhood jewel; great asian and fusion cuisine; the menu and the wine list are brief but high in quality. The attention isexcellebt and your server pays attention to thw details. Food is excellent and price is reasonable; the relationship quality/price is well balanced.

Wave Bistro is a favorite for our friend group. The service is top notch and the food is dreamy. On a recent visit our table ordered the cashew crusted salmon, 2 creamy shrimp dishes and I had the orange chicken with no breading. This dish is just right - the chicken is tender and the sauce has a fresh taste of orange with a hint of heat. I like it without the breading partly becuase it's much better leftovers that way. The broccoli in the dish is a generous amount and tastes amazing. We all love the crispy rolls and the butter that comes with just a hint of almond flavor in it.We will definitely be back when the next craving comes!
Always a solid choice for lunch or dinner. It's been here a while and they continue to do an outstanding job. If you love Asian food you will enjoy this place.
