The food, a triple cheeseburger combo and spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. It's the first time I've had Wendy's in a couple of years.Unfortunately, the customer service was sub par, apathetic, slow, and inattentive. Went today 1/20/24 around 1:15 through the drive thru.The young man who works the window should probably be re-trained.The worst customer service I've received in a long time. Friendly team. Food is usually right and fresh. Have been through drive-thru and ordered and gotten it delivered without an issue each time. Like they are open until 1a giving you a choice as a late shift worker..
