This place used to be legit but my last two orders have been completely wrong. I only get 10 wings and two different flavors. I usually order Korean and Cajun. The first time I got home and they had given me regular bbq and lemon pepper??? Today I tried ordering again and instead of giving me Cajun they gave me regular hot. I tried fixing it and the manager just dumped some sort of spice on top of it and handed it to me. No refund offered or correction of my order. The managers pretty u unprofessional. Unfortunately, they lost me as a customer for good.

Decided to add another wing place to my reviews..First impression..Cramped, tables not cleaned, one soda machine which causes a line, prices on par with BWW, unless the food is amazing, this is not going to be a good review...I addition to the price, the wait time also seems to be on par with BWW...I'm updating this as I wait, we've now reached 30min.There are only 4 table here occupied..We ordered some 6 and 8 piece meals..FlavorsHawaiian... good flavorHickory smoked.. good flavorThe wings were not good..Needed a bit longer under the heat, the skin was very chewyThe friew were OK, half were right amount of crisp and chew but the other half was burnt.The majority were not fries but bits/ends, small pieces .Chicken tenders.. over breaded, very dry, no flavorChicken sandwich ... decent, 3/5 on par with McDonald's, not as good as KFC or Popeyes..Verdict..No, if you do not know how wings should be done, then hey, maybe you'll like it..I would literally go anywhere else..Not clean, no towels or mirror in bathroom to clean up your hands and face, the wait time is horrendous.Overall, 2/5.....

First off if you want to wait 45mins and end up receiving salty chicken with saggy cold fries then this store is for you! What a waste of time and money! We didn’t even eat it since the garlic parmesan was salty and the fries are cold and saggy mind you we waited for 45mins for this thinking they are taking their time. The kitchen is dirty the employees are rude!

While I was waiting for my online order I see a ROACH crawling out of the kitchen and into the lobby and the lobby was full too the worker on the register saw the roach and didn’t say anything or do anything about it they also only gave me one ranch when I ordered two and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order and was given soggy fries. I used to like this place a lot but after seeing a roach I’ll have to cross this one off the list to never eat again ??

Told me 8 minutes left on my order, then proceeded to not call my name out until 40 minutes later when I finally went up and they sassed me about how it's been ready for a half hour. They NEVER said my name. Then they forgot my veggies so I went back in and dude tried to argue with me about that they were in there. They were not...why is man arguing about $2 veggies that doesn't impact him.
Food is alright, but they always have one front desk employee that just does absolutely nothing but stand there and talk.

Just young kids work here and they don’t use common sense. I went with my family for take out and waited 30 minutes or so for my order. After arriving home with the huge bag that they gave me, I discovered that only 1 of 3 of the meals I ordered was in the bag. I had no choice but to drive back to get the rest of my order. I wasn’t offered anything extra for the extreme inconvenience, no soda, no discounts no credit no nothing!!!

Whoever made my food need a raise??they put their whole heart and soul into my 10pc classic and voodoo fries,and the cashier was so sweet and had such a smooth and calm tone with greeting me and taking my order,WILL be coming back to this location!!

Me and my family order from WingStop it was my son's birthday and he paid $60 for the whole meal the food was overcooked and did not taste very well and then when we called to complain the manager was rude and threatened my mom and said you're lucky I'm not on the other end of this phone that's bad for business what kind of business does that threatens an older lady learn how to run a business
