This was supposed to be our first time at this restaurant, but we did not end up dining in after we waited a while to be given menus and drinks. When we were waiting, we were looking at the different sushi options and some appeared brown or like they had been on the conveyor belt for a while. To say the least, we ended up leaving not having eaten anything. I don’t think we will be going back.

Fun experience, but we found the food and service to be lacking. Sushi chef couldn’t keep up with demand so the train was nearly empty (or solely populated by the rejects that sat in rotation for the hour we were there)

I can't give a review for the food, as I never got to eat it. I called on Feb 14th @2pm to make a reservation for 6:30pm that evening. I arrived at 6:23. After 20+mins of waiting, and after asking someone "excuse me" to which I was immediately replied, "one moment sir" as they walked past me and told the kitchen staff "Can we ring the bell only once". We could no longer stand in the area as it was filled with 6 people waiting to pick up orders to go, a 3 other couples who clearly was there for there special evening wonder if they ever would be seated or at the very least there existence of knowledged.I understand this was Valentine's day. But you have to do better. Over the 20 mins standing holding the walls, disappointment faces kept leaving, unhappy and more then likely not returning.Good luck I hope one day I'll actually get to taste the food. But inhave had enough of your service.

This was such a fun experience, I would definitely visit again! The small plates on the conveyor were great for getting a broader variety of things to try without committing to a whole roll. The kids loved seeing all the options glide by (the octopus salad and the desserts were their favorites to point out). Ordering from the touch-screen had the bonus entertainment of getting the items delivered by the train. The food was excellent, and our server was too. This is the place to go for a great sushi experience.

Good food. Great way to taste lots of different sushi rolls.
Really fun experience. Only gripe is the food running around on the conveyer was a bit old/ some things that are supposed to be warm are too cold from being on so long. (We did go new years eve within 2 hrs of closing so I can understand not putting out the best of the best.)

I've seen sushi trains places online and always wanted to try it. I am so glad that we have one in Omaha. It's quick, it's fast and delicious. The service is amazing and the servers are very nice. I was a little worried about sitting at the end of the train line, but there is so much food. It's enough for everyone. If you can, order a specialty roll that comes out on the top train. It's entertaining and fun way to get your food.

Food was good, some of it wasn't quite what I expected flavor wise, and I feel like the portion sizes could be a bit bigger for the price of each plate, but the service is fantastic and I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere! There truly is no better eating entertainment experience than a sushi train aside from like hibachi. The train is fun to watch and easy to get what you want fast with no wait for the chef to cook it.
