Very upsetting, to watch staff standing around doing nothing while you sit 15+ minutes, waiting to order. Management doesn't seem to notice or care. They are a HUGE part of the problem.Food is sub-par compared to what it was 2 years ago. SO sad, but true .Applebee's you can contact me for more details on how you can improve

Fish and chips, fish batter was thick and pasty between the fish and the outer crispy layer, tasted old. Onion rings okay, steak was not great. The pretzel appetizer was the best part of the meal. Ambience is OK and the server was awesome.

We walked in on a Sunday for lunch. Waited 5 minutes to be sat with only 5 parties already seated. Okay whatever right? We get seated, my boyfriend goes to the bathroom and I’m browsing the menu. Boyfriend comes back, still no drinks or any attention. We continue to wait. At this point we’ve been seated for 10 minutes without being helped. We got up and left because this was quite ridiculous. No wonder why it was so empty.

Seemed short staffed, loads of open tables but 30 min wait. Manager seemed to be hiding or cooking, never saw one.
Ordered two orders of alfredo one to eat and one to go pulled off and left it wasnt gone five minutes turned back to get it and they threw it away and had to wait on them to remake it this had to be the most inconsiderate situation i ever seen from a restaurant in my life but thankfully i see and feel how this place is and the staff ill never show my face in there again

Just shared a meal here with my family after a day at the zoo. Ordered pretzel appetizer, burgers, and pasta. Food was amazing, service was efficient, and everyone was polite. Even with the table behind us constantly complaining and basically harassing the waitress, staff handled it well. The main reason for writing this review is to compliment them on doing such a great job and making sure the atmosphere stayed enjoyable even with the crude behavior of the folks behind us. Thank you!!!

It's Applebee's, you know what you are in for. Good prices on food and drinks, service on par with most chain restaurants and a familiar atmosphere. I usually get whatever the current wrap is. Seems fairly healthy and comes with a great dipping sauce.
You need Damian as a waiter. Ribs were nice and crispy. Ribeye was cooked to perfection. Everything was hot when we got it. Like he personally took his time to go back there and make sure as soon as it came out he took it straight to us. Couldn’t have been any better considering it was Valentine’s Day.
