Cold wings and beer is flat!

Ordered nachos wings and fries. The order took longer than expected so I didn’t check the order. When I got home there were no fries and the nachos had no cheese. I ordered no jalapeños but it had jalapeños. Order brisket on it and only one chip had meat on it.

Ordered my 20 wings and watched the rest of my party each get their plate one at a time. Each would finish their meal before the next got theirs . I was the last to get my wings and after 40 minutes of waiting the order was wrong and when asked for a correction it was wrong again, but I was so hungry by that point I just had to eat because I was fed up and wanted to just leave.

My family of 5 decided to go out to eat, which doesn’t happen often since we have a 1.5 year old.. we were at the outdoor mall so we decided Buffalo Wild Wings since we hadn’t been in probably 3 years.. and WON’T BE BACK!There were 7 tables ours included with people. 2 waitresses. We ordered 2 appetizers along with our food. Along the 40 min mark I asked for our waitress to come over to just see how long it would take to get the appetizers.. I got a blank stare.. I asked again.. blankly staring at me she then said “we have 12 take orders and 2 cooks”.. that was it.. not I’m sorry the wait is longer since we are busy or I’ll go check on it for you. She walked her slow butt back there and came back within 3 min with our appetizers.. which were decently warm. My daughter had to use the restroom and that took maybe 3 min and we came back and the rest of our food was there.. not even hot. Then one of the orders had the wrong flavor and I asked her to come back and asked if this was the right one..again blank stare.. I asked again.. blank stare.. finally I said this is not the flavor ordered. She said ok and started to walk back and we said no thank you we don’t want to wait another 30 min and she said ok and walked off. I then decided I would go ask for a manager. When he came I told him on the poor service and rude attitude. I used to work in a restaurant and I understand it gets busy but there were many different ways that could’ve been handled. He apologized.. the FIRST one we got all night and told us the food was on the house and he’d bring us some coupons. When he returned with the coupons I told him we didn’t want them as we wouldn’t be back. This is not about the money or the free food.. this was about VERY POOR SERVICE! I really hope they get some better trained staff in there and make eat in people a little more important than take out orders. Heck.. we leave good tips anywhere that has good service but did not feel deserving tonight.

So this location dropped the ball... ordered a to go order around 345 told to arrive at 510 for pick up at 508 I'm told 25 to 35 more minutes.... their excuse was we didn't know we would get so many orders it take longer.... hello it's super bowl Sunday how did u not know u would get so many orders???? 40 people waiting for late orders it's a shame I'll never make this mistake again... had they told me 6 or no big deal but to be this ignorant about super bowl Sunday shows how poorly this company is run!!!!

Our waiter was nice enough, but he was spread too thin. He was hosting, bartending, waitering and dessert prepping. We placed our order which the 3 of us all had wings. They brought my son's wings right away and then we waited for 15 minutes for the rest of the order. We could see lots of food sitting in the window while the other 3 staff just stood behind the takeout counter. We finally flagged down the manager who, in return, yelled at our waiter. Poor guy

Was quoted 20 minutes wait, so husband stayed inside while the rest of us waited in the car. When we came inside after 20 minutes the server rudely made up some lie about how she tried calling our party 3 times and had someone else even yell for us…right in front of my husbands face?We waited over an hour for dried up cold food, then were charged for some Mountain Dew legend twice, when pointed out she only took one off. So I hope they enjoyed their drinks we paid for!Terrible service and won’t come back, literally would have had better luck going to Hyvee.

Was qoated 30 minutes for a pick up order.. order ended up taking 55 minutes. They didn't give us our kids meal.. when I called I was put on hold and no one picked up again so I had to call back again. Won't be coming back.

If I could give 0 I would I get ur busy but Jesus the kid in the kitchen was rubbing his hands thru his hair then wiping his face n continuing to grab trays of food n move around. Literally sat there for an hour and a half to get our food just for it to be disgusting. The buns on the burgers where hard ordered the big appetizer 16.00 bucks couldn’t eat half of it onion rings where under cooked nachos had been sitting on plate long enough the sour cream was dried out from sitting. Mentioned it to the waitress and all you get is o sorry we are busy. I get ain’t her fault but she’s the one bringing out the nasty dried up food!!!! Definitely think twice before going to this location
