Would recommend driving up the street to Qdoba instead of going here. The staff here are rude and don’t keep tables cleaned. If you ask for them to clean one they complain and act child like. They are short with kids and not patient. Sadly our experience twice now. Will not be back to this location.

After reading several of the bad reviews for this location, I'm not surprised at all about my experience here last night. If you like being shamed for asking for extra anything, then you'd love it here! My CHILD asked for extra cheese, only to be told no and then have the lid closed on her bowl. She asked again for extra cheese, to which the girl refused again and slid her bowl to the end of the counter, dismissing her. She then proceeded to do the same to me. She started yelling when I asked her if she had a problem. She told me that we didn't need the extra cheese, to which I told her unless she's paying for our meal, she has no damn say in what I ask for. $30 for two little bowls and the incredible disrespect from the staff. Yelling at an actual child over cheese is WILD to me. Definitely will avoid this place and never return again.

This place is always a great place to grab something fast to eat. The problem is is it is expensive. But I did notice that the new steak that they have that is like a season steak and it has like cilantro in it. The cilantro, first off was way too big to be in anything that they serve, and the steak that has the cilantro in it was not fully cooked. So just watch out for that. But otherwise super good I highly recommend everybody getting the app because the app does give you a lot of points that does help you combat the high prices that chipotle does charge you. And I feel like maybe to help them come back their high prices maybe charging people per ingredient because if I only get three ingredients in there I shouldn’t have to pay $15 for my rice bowl. But anyways, I digress it is a great place to grab some food really quick, but just be prepared super high priced.Vegetarian options: You could make any meal within this restaurant vegetarian anything that you get can be vegetarian you have the choice to put meat in the food if you want to or not.Parking: They have a parking lot outside the restaurant. Easy for parking.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely 100% kid friendly. Meaning that your kids can come there. Your kids can eat. I am pretty sure they have a kid menu and with that being said there is not a bunch of to ys and stuff.Wheelchair accessibility: Did you have full wheelchair accessibility and I would say the whole entire place is wheelchair accessible from the parking all the way to the line ordering all the way to sitting and dining.

My kids and I went here for dinner last night and ordered two kids quesadillas and a rice bowl for myself. The rice was undercooked and hard and the kids’ quesadillas weren’t pressed long enough. It was more of a taco with slightly melted cheese. I should have said something then but my kids and I were in a rush to get home. I was so disappointed! I bring this up to adjust food quality as I was here 2 weeks ago and everything was perfect.

Completely got my wife's order wrong. Called to complain, got the run around with bots (refused to give a refund). My wife went back to the store and the manager didn't believe her (until she inspected her meal). Was treated very cold, calloused and indifferent (no apologies were ever made, even though she wasted her time going back to the store). Reluctantly offered to make her another, but no refund, free drink for her trouble or even an apology. Absolutely pathetic.

I love love the food here. The burrito bowls are a good sized meal!We have had times where the rice was crunchy, it happened twice. Food wasn't as good.We do online ordering because lobby feels very cramped, especially during lunch/dinner.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly, the lobby is small, cramped and not easily to maneuver.
