Had a bad experience at this Dairy Queen. Stood in line with the hope of redeeming on online coupon I received from Dairy Queen. When I reached the counter, I tried to redeem the coupon. Their app was wonky, and kept looping back. The coupon was very clear, but the crew on duty kept telling me they couldn't do a darn thing for me unless the app generated a scanable code.After about ten tries, I gave up. The Mgr on duty said "sorry bud".We'll my boys went without, and I guess this Dairy Queen will do without our business moving forward. Too bad. There are other choices.

Good food, low prices, fast service. There's no indoor seating, but it's rarely a problem. The Blizzard cakes are pretty good if you want something new to try for a party.

We love DQ and this location does a great job with all my high maintenance requests!! (That's what happens when you used to work at a DQ!) They can get extremely busy really fast, but the staff does a great job keeping everything under control. The only thing I wish is, they would take the mobile app so we could earn points and rewards for free blizzards later.

Placed a mobile order and it said it was ready for pickup. Went inside, waited at the pick up counter and waited for at least 15min. Ended up going to the cashier and asked about my order. They said, "oooops" and didnt even apologize. Will not be going here again.

Me and my boyfriend visited this location for some ice cream! While the ice cream was being prepared an employee put her nose in the ice cream! Which is nasty ! Then when my boyfriend asked her if she re made the ice cream. She stated it wasn't his she did that to. Then she started to get loud with another employee. My boyfriend ask to speak to the manager who came out and talked to him. She responded that it wasn't even your ice creme. Which that mean that she seen what happened and did nothing at all. She said that's what happens when we hire 15 and 16 year Olds. She said she would have a talk with her about this matter. We have been here for 30 minutes and never seen her say anything to the employee. While sitting in a family restaurant I can here employee using profanity. This should be a family friendly restaurant this is unacceptable. A restaurant should be ran by a manager who cares about how their customers feel. She must not care her customers! Also the employee keep coughing and not washing her hands. Something need to be done about this problem. The person name that's on my receipt is Adamaris. Order ID AABUDLQ6ACBY!

Out of all my years of living I've never had a Dilly Bar before today. It was delicious! I couldn't eat it all though. Those things are huge! Thanks DQ!
I worked with a girl named Leah, she was super helpful in making sure my daughter and I were satisfied with her birthday cake! It was exactly how I asked for it and my daughter went nuts over it. Would HIGHLY recommend. The staff was super nice when I went to pick it up and I’ll be going there in the future.

This is the only DQ I expect good results from. They actually MIX the blizzards! Anytime we get blizzards from other DQs the addings are all on top and the bottom half is pure ice cream. The staff here are always great as well. Love this place, never disappointed.
