Price was okay but the quality of the cheesesteak just isn’t for me. Steak was like a wet edible rubber…. There are much better cheesesteaks in town by a long shot. Good service though, I was greeted and assisted right away. Place looked like it needed some stocking done and on my way out the trash can was repulsive. This was my 3rd visit and I was impressed on the first one but these last 2 visits I was not too pleased with my food. Can’t say I’ll be back anytime soon.

Last week I had a good experience, but this evening was not good. I was in around 6 and was the only one in there for a bit. Three workers standing around, didn't get a hello from any of them which is one of their staples. I asked for a sandwich without mustard and cut into thirds. They talked me into a meal so I got chips and a soda. Went to the drink machine and they had a sign on the machine stating it was out of CO2; why not have a sign at the counter, or warn me before talking me into a fountain drink? The chips I wanted were not in stock, either. I received my eat in sandwich in a to go bag and then it had mustard on it. It seems like small things, but when you pay $20 for one meal, for one person, you'd like it to be right. Almost every table was dirty, but three workers standing around when I walked in. Nothing seemed right with the crew that was on this evening. I come to firehouse 2-3 times a month and usually they're spot on with things which is why I continue to come back. I won't be back to this specific location. Go to the N location by NFM; best firehouse sub I've ever had came from that location, and the staff is great each time I go in.

This Firehouse location never disappoints! Delicious food, clean restaurant with friendly employees.Our sandwiches were very filling and the bread is delicious.One of my favorite places to eat.Thankful that they support firefighters!

Staff was friendly and quick with our order. For the price I feel like the food is lack luster. My steak and cheese was warm meat and cold bread which wasn’t the greatest. Definitely a lack of consistency when ordering the same item over multiple visits. Considering we came fairly early this location was very dirty. Every table I tried was dirty so we chose ignored it. The trash can hadn’t been wiped down in some time. Soda machine was out of most non diet flavors.

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN OR WORRIED ABOUT CROSS CONTAMINATION. I ordered one veggie sub (specifically for a person who is vegetarian and has been for almost a decade) and one sub with meat. After driving 30 minutes round trip, when we arrived home, we realized that the veggie sub had bacon on it, and not just a small amount, multiple strips. When I called the restaurant to make them aware, they acted clueless and were not apologetic at all.They eventually said they were super busy at the time of the order and that it must’ve gotten mixed up with another sandwich since they are all so overworked and stressed. I have worked in customer service and food service my entire life, so I can be understanding about that, but when we picked up the order, there was one table, one other small mobile order, and they had four people working. They were also prepping for close 3 hours early and had all chairs up on tables, besides the one table with people eating.Had to make another 30 minute round trip drive to get refunded for my order since they apparently cannot refund back to card it was purchased with. I again received no sort of apology for the situation or inconvenience when I went back in.

Probably the DIRTIEST restaurant I've been in for quite awhile, bathrooms smelled, floors sticky, sink disgusting, soda machine was scummy, with alot of soda splashed all over and i think there was mold, trash cans had dried old brown food food all over the top.If behind the counter is as dirty, I hope I don't get food poisoning. Clearly the manager DOES NOT MANAGE OR CARE, nor do the employees.For a company that, represents fire fighters, they should be ashamed.Have you ever been in a dirty FIREHOUSE..... I haven't.

We are at the hospital and my daughter is having surgery so we orders online for a family member to pick up. We were shorted a sandwich and when I called them they said they were positive the sandwich was in the bag and he trusted his employees after he tried to first say the grub hub driver took it when the food was picked up by a family member. I have to go into the store for them to do something even though I told them my daughter was in SURGERY! There were no napkins or anything and one sandwich had absolutely nothing on it but meat and cheese even though we asked for extra veggies and it is even on the receipt. Worst experience with a firehouse subs ever.

The staff was wonderful it was my first time eating here and I'll be coming back I loved itVegetarian options: Do you want your sandwich to be a vegetarian sandwich they're more than happy to put all the veggies you want on it and they do it with a smileKid-friendliness: I have a two-year-old grandson to a force you know they don't like to sit in one place but they catered to him and made him feel fun too and part of the whole thingParking: It's in kind of like a strip mall so you have like six parking spaces but it's easy to get in and outWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant inside is widely spaced enough to get a chair through the door also is that way and there is handicap parking
