I was picking up two orders for DoorDash. I waited 18 minutes. Then I watched a waitress try to give one of my orders to a young lady who had been waiting for only five minutes. When I walked over and asked “Do you have DoorDash for me?” She said she’d check in a minute and went back to trying to convince the young lady that my order belonged to her even though she didn’t order an iced coffee and the order was already paid for. I left with nothing. I lost time and money. I will never go back to this restaurant. They simply cannot operate well during a breakfast rush.

Would give 5 stars, but I felt a little unwelcome, to be honest. We are a family of 6. Four children, one of them is a tot and the other an infant, so we have 4 kids in tow. Fantastic breakfast...we never go out to eat, but we were excited to go here bc we had heard such good things. Again, great meal. Nice waitress. Very attentive, very timely in service. There is a man though, a bald man, who just didn't seem like he liked us very much, lol. Not friendly, and all I could think was maybe he just gets annoyed at families coming in with small children?? No clue, but it kind of hurt my feelings the way he acted really. And makes me not want to go back to that particular location. It's right across the way from the hotel we're staying at, so that would be convenient, but I don't want to back and feel like we're an annoyance bc we have small children? I guess that's what it is? He seemed nice enough to others, so thats why I assume that maybe it's bc we have kids. But anyways, it was unfortunate bc we loved the service and the food otherwise.

My friend and I eat here regularly and seldom have to wait to be seated. They do have peak times as good restaurants often do. The food is always good and the staff is always very pleasant and concerned about our satisfaction. The atmosphere is always conducive to carrying on a conversation.

Bad value for the money. I'm pretty sure the meals have shrunk. I got the chickichanga and it was pathetically small the chickichanga was about the size of a taco bell value menu burrito and the sides, ridiculous, tiny portion of fruit and I counted about ten small potato pieces. For $14 dollars! . . . I feel like I got severely ripped off. Food tasted good but the portions and the price is unjustifiable.

I went here with my friend and had the eggs Benedict and on the first try the eggs were a touch over cooked and after bringing it to their attention my server Vanessa swiftly and kindly delivered me another plate. Then Jen from the management team came to my table to check on the refire and gave me and my friend a coupon. She also thanked us for speaking up so that they could fix it. Then another person from the management team also just happened to check on us and tried to offer us even more coupons. Also the hostess, who I regrettably didn’t ask her name, was very helpful and added to the excellent service experience!
