The place is going down hill, fast. It’s all due to the hiring of teenagers with zero appreciation for their jobs. They act like they’re entitled to a paycheck and absolutely REFUSE to offer a simple “thank you” to the very customers who are paying for said paychecks. I’m an easy going customer and can’t stand Karens myself. But if you’re going to charge me $9 for 2 scoops of mid custard, it’s not too much to expect the bitter kid running the drive thru to say thanks. PRO TIP, FREDDIES: If all you can get from the hiring pool is a teenager with seething contempt for customers who absolutely digs his heels in on the saying “thank you” issue, don’t put him in charge of the register. I literally said “thank you” 5 times to get the kid to return the courtesy and he just sneered at me. Ok. My fault, I guess. I won’t bother Freddie’s with my awful manners any more.

Very happy workers. They were kind and efficient. Delicious ? cheeseburger. The fries are crispy and thin sliced. The chocolate malt was smooth. I enjoyed my fresh brewed sweet tea.Kid-friendliness: The young man that took our order listened attentively to the kids as they ordered. Allowed autonomy and provided respect as they ordered. Terrific role model to young people.

I just came through the drive-thru this place can't even get the order right I ordered chicken tenders and onion rings and I get a chili dog and a hamburger got chili all over the inside of my truck. You think you'll learn your job.

Get at least a double for an appropriate burger experience since the patties are small and squished. The fries are an interestingly skinny size. They cool quickly and don't taste good after 30 minutes or so. Kids under the age of eight will eat individual fries one at a time, and no quicker. So plan on spending more time than you are comfortable. You will also eat most of their fries and part of their burger.
I doordashed my order. This is my 13 dollar regular size cup of ice cream. I could buy all this from the store for this price. My first and last time as a Freddy's customer. Overpriced restaurant. I'd be afraid to see what they consider a mini. This cup isn't even half full.

This was my first time eating here. 10 out of 10. I will DEFINITELY be coming back. The steak burgers are flavorful and juicy, the toppings were fresh and crisp, the fries are adorable little potato sticks that maintain flavor throughout the meal. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here.

Normally a family favorite for fast food. Place was absolutely filthy, trash piled up around bins. Sauce cubbies empty and when I asked for sauce a box was thrown on the counter from what appeared to be the floor. This counter is the same counter they serve food on. Food was burnt and took over 15 minutes to receive. They were more focused on the drive thru than the customers in the lobby. Line sat past the door for a long time without any movement. Very sad and disheartening experience.
